I'm 16 years old and I had phimosis which is basically when the head of your penis is covered with foreskin, I didn't even know that there was a head under my foreskin until I went to a urologist. I had originally gone to the urologist to ask him about something in my testicles and I forgot what it was called but it went away after a while. The first thing the urologist told me when he saw my penis was that I needed to get a circumcision, I didn't know what it was but he had told me I needed to get it so he talked to my mom about it and planned the surgery for a week after. Obviously, the doctor told me they were going to be cutting off part of my foreskin and my mom told me about it as well but I wasn't aware of the other factors that went into it as well.
