Has anyone tried the Forenew Resoration Device?

Before joining this group, I purchased a device from a UK company www.forenew.co.uk.

At first I could barely use it, and only get my skin over the first ridge in the silicone retainer. But after a couple of months I can now get my skin up to the 3rd ridge.

My question is whether anyone else is using this device, and if so is it working well?
