    UPDATED MAY 2017

    Hello everyone,

I've been keeping a Google Drive-based log of my tugging routines, hours, and FEC measurements. Here is a link to it. (this is not my live-updated journal - it's a copy of it on a different google account). I've also imported Ron's FFRP calculation page into it in the FFRP tab at the bottom. You can make a copy of it into your own Google Drive (go to File > Make a Copy).

I hope you find it useful. Feedback is also welcome.

Interesting/good to see the giant jump in FEC with the initial first stretch. This is the better number to gauge growth.

Keep up with the log. I've found it helpful in my journey. I do prefer the work time tracker app for iPhone, but that's personal preference.

It's nice that you've made the database sheet available for use by others but he formula is embedded and not immediately obvious.

I'm long past needing it myself but, if others are like me, I think that knowing what the actual formula is (without having to tease it out of the datasheet) would be helpful. So, it would be "nice" if you could also print out and post the actual formula here.

I'm afraid I don't know what the formula is, or at least not well enough to reconstruct it intelligently here. I think the found the FFRP spreadsheet on some archive of the old forums and I just converted it to Google drive and put some other information with it.
