    i'm not calibrated in metric, but your numbers seem off of 'for some its heavy'. Can you verify that part?
    22 Grams = 0.776027 ounce?
    2.2 Kilograms = 4 lb 13 oz
    Saying someone is "Unmutilated" is like saying "Unsweet Tea". So you mean it's just Tea, in its natural state, that nobody has screwed up? It can't be Un- anything

        Great discussion gentleman. Thanks for the detailed schedule, lots of great information there.

        My weekly routine is simple but I’ll share.

        First, I try to only shower every other day or go a few days if I can. This helps my skin to stay hydrated and keep the natural oils. I’ve noticed this helps with progress.

        Daily routine:
        I put on the TLC Tugger first thing in the morning and wear until early afternoon, maybe later until I get off work (I work from home).

        I give myself a break for about 30 minutes, then put the HyperRestore DA for about 2-4 hours.

        when I’m done tugging and expanding (probably not the correct term, sorry) for the day I wear the TLC Tugger cone until the next day, including while I sleep. I get erections most nights so that’s additional tension during the 24 hour day.

        I take a collagen pill in the morning and at night and moisturize with coconut oil once or twice a week. I don’t moisturize too much since it makes my penis very slippery.

        About 1-3 days a week I’ll use a penis pump and take it more light the next day if needed.

        Depending how I’m feeling I’ll take a break for a day or two, or even more if needed. It’s usually just for a day.

        This routine has been productive for me, especially since my last status post. I still have a while before get to where I want to be but am making significant progress. On the break days, I stay mostly if not fully covered most of the day. I can’t wait to have full coverage easily all the time. I should check my CI to objectively gauge where I am in my progress, but like some others I haven’t been keeping a log or measuring.

          Not long after my previous post I switched up my routine. I change my routine depending on where I am on my progress and it seems to help get more gains for growth.

          Here’s what I’ve been doing since my last post:

          Wear the HyperRestore DA as soon as I wake up until late afternoon while working. On a side note I figured out I don’t need the tape to prevent air going in, doesn’t seem to be an issue for me.

          Wear the TLC Tugger cone once I’m done with the HR until the next morning, but no tugging. I’m just wearing the cone to stay covered and have minimal tension.

          If I go out I may use the Tugger leg tension system if I didn’t get enough time under full tension at home.

          That’s it, not too complicated. I’m sure I’ll be switching it up again at some point. I noticed that switching it up also helps to keep me from getting too much into a routine and losing interest in restoring.

              Switched up slightly


              Daily in the Morning:

                • the plastic ptainer is fine, I got the stainless steel one because I take the weight on and off and i believe it will hold up.... but you could buy a lot of plastic for that
                • I know that for some the 22oz is heavy - I have very elastic tissue and could probably do more - start low and work up
                • The red light is beneficial for healing and collagen production (it’s usually labeled as anti aging, which it is, but also decreases inflammation)
              • Shower then apply AirForce for direct air
                • I inflate until it will just hold and not slip

              Daily during the day:
              • I leave the devices on until I have to pee, all day long.

              At Night:
              • Apply Tretinoin (very small amount) mixed with Cetaphil sheer hydration body spray (not greasy) and let dry one hour. Wipe excess before bed and I apply the retainer from chrisonlinestore on top of the pusher made for the DTR as a packer.
