I recently switched to using a tugging strap instead of dual tension with my DTR and i wish i would have done so sooner.
I found that with dual tension too much tension was being applied to the inner skin and not enough could be applied to what little shaft skin i have left. For the record, Im cut fairly tightly with plenty of inner skin left but hardly any shaft skin on one side of my penis.
Although DT is a bit more convenient and discreet, the change has been well worth it. The shaft skin now seems to get the tension that it needs without over-tensioning the inner skin, and although it's too soon to tell, i think that i'll see more growth (of the desired outer skin) this way.
I also started doing at least 45 minutes of manual tugging per day to specifically target the shaft skin without tensioning the inner skin. It also seems to be helping and I wish i would have realized how effective this could be much earlier. Much more slack now, and the ball sac seems to be slowly moving its way back to where it belongs.
Ive noticed that the inner skin still recieves tension from the strap method this way, but not nearly as much as the dual tension method, which is fine by me since i already have enough inner skin anyway. Has anyone had a similar experience or a contrary experience?
