  • Action Steps for Restoration?

I read a book recently called 12 week year and it talks a lot about setting daily and weekly goals and recognize the action required to reach the desired outcome.

So, I want to integrate this into a 12 week restoration plan, but I realized even after 13 years of restoring I'm not exactly sure what the action steps are.

All I can think of is:

    - Wear inflation or TLC device daily, cross tape on days tugging is not possible.

I mean... is that it? Just getting consistent with this? Is there anything else I'm not thinking of that needs to be incorporated in the plan for success in restoration?

I think it's iterative. Set a goal, measure, select a device, tug consistently for a month or three, re-evaluate goal, re-measure, tug some more,...

Within the goal-setting step: learn about how natural foreskin works and how your own skin is working.

Within measure, we look at flaccid and erect glans width (shouldn't change unless we're pumping) and forced erect coverage http://TLCTugger.com/forced-erect-coverage/

Within select a device, we make sure the device allows for targeting of our chosen future flaccid roll-over point (FFRP https://tlctugger.com/future-flaccid-roll-over-point/) so that FFRP can be worn at the skinniest part of the device when the device is comfortably applied. TLC Selects spacers let you adjust the TLC-X Extensible https://tlctugger.com/product/tlc-x-...le-tugger-kit/ device length to control what part of your skin is gripped at the skinniest part of the device.

Within the tug consistently step, we apply the 4-Hour Rule http://TLCTugger.com/4-hour-rule/ protocol to determine a gentle tension level, and that warrants re-assessing once or twice per year.
