There's a weird fleshy line on the bottom of my penis that veers left and terminates in a bump. At first I thought this was the frenulum remnant, but then I saw a pic of an actual frenulum remnant. I thought maybe the bump was a Tyson's gland, but I noticed a spot that may or may not be a whitehead.
I'm having trouble getting a photo that both shows the line and isn't too big to upload.

    Raphe?

The raised portion is mostly above the scar line, extending into a small, dark, flat line on the shaft, and then it's a tiny bit raised (about the height of an IV needle, I think)...below the scar could be the raphe, but I'm not sure about the part above the scar.

        Surgical scar?

It could be a keloid...maybe. From what I've read, keloids are rubbery, but this line is skin-colored (which keloids can be) can be wiggled back and forth. Most of it seems to have "gone down", so it's less prominent.

Still not sure what the line is. Too embarrassed to ask my dad (who's had some experience treating penile issues in the OR, but isnt
a urologist), also I'm slightly thinking the school nurse might not know.

You might want to consult the botched circumcisions gallery on circumstitions.com:
              http://www.circumstitions.com/Botched.html

I declared myself finished restoring with 3/4 erect coverage (CI-8.5) in 2005. I primarily used T-tape, strapping up and around my waist.
I've participated in NORM meetings in San Diego, Los Angeles, Seattle (RECAP), and Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Every doubt, reservation, or concern I had about my restoration was resolved by achieving additional foreskin LENGTH.....So just KOT !

I don't think it's any of those, although I did realize that I may have something like varicose veins (a few veins that, to me, seem prominent after fapping).

Why not go to a urologist or dermatologist? Just go for advice, you don't have to take it, but your answer will probably get answered better than we can do here, without even a photo.

BTW, if a photo is too large, you need to find a program that allows you to resize it, like Irfanview.

I was about to tug, when I noticed what looked like a whitish line across my inner skin. I zoomed in with my camera app, and the area just below my corona seems to have "pearly papules", like the corona itself does. Is this normal? I've heard of it on the corona, but not the inner skin.

Here is a phot0 showing them apparently extending down to the inner skin:

Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis. Commonly, pearly penile papules are arranged circumferentially in one or several rows and often are assumed wrongly to be transmitted sexually.

And here is an image with them extending onto the frenulum area:

                      So, it sounds normal.

                      Regards
