Is the uncirumcised penis sticky? Is it normal to get a slightly sticky penis when restoring?

No longer dried and callused is another way to say it. The glans is a mucous membrane like the inside of your mouth or eyelid and naturally it will become moist the longer your restored foreskin covers it...sometimes wet. Yeah i does feel sticky because it is moistened.

It varies between sticky and slippery, depending mostly on the amount of water under the skin, along with smaller amounts of built up oils or dead skin sloughed off from the inner foreskin.
