Balls ache with TLC tugger

Hey all!

I'm new to this. I've been tugging for about two weeks now. I wear the tugger without any tension yet.

My balls get pulled up close to my body from the tugger, or so it seems.
As soon as the tugger is removed the ball pain/aching stops.

I feel like I need something to hold my balls down. However I think there is a possibility of me just being anxious and and "sucking" my balls up toward my body, which may cause the aches.
I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue and what they have done?
