  • How long takes the restoration?

I have this question because i have read some stories wich says tha restoration took less than a year and i have also read some where peolple say that has been restoring for several years.

I would like to read something from people who is restoring or restored. Also i would like to know how many time the use a tugger in a week.

    Thanks in advance.

The time required depends on the state you're starting out from. It also depends on what your end goal is.

It also depends on your regimen and dedication, as well as things you can't control like your DNA.

There's a lot of factors, but method, starting point, physical concerns, and dedication are the main factors. The shortest time I've heard of someone fully restoring from being cut was a man using the DTR for about 3 years. The longest I've heard was a man that took 12 years, but I'm not sure what his exact methods were. Both of the end results were VERY impressive looking, however, so don't think that you'll get short changed if it takes longer.

It all depends on your goal, methods and dedication. Time for me is not a factor.

An actual time estimate depends on knowing your starting state and end goal. We can express these states in terms of Forced Erect Coverage (FEC http://tlctugger.com/forced-erect-coverage/). Let's assume you're a typical cut guy with maybe 25% FEC. That means you might have 30mm of glans sticking out uncovered when you force your skin forward. Let's assume you have a modest goal of being able to stay covered while fully flaccid for an hour. That might correspond to 200% FEC (meaning you can make the skin reach one glans-length past the tip while erect). So if your glans is 40mm long then you need 70mm (= 30mm + 40mm) of new force reach of the skin tube.

In 2010 we studied 25 men who logged their tugging hours and charted their skin gains for 6 months. They averaged 11 hours per day under tension and improved the force reach by 3mm per month. 70mm divided by 3mm per month is 23 1/3 months. But before the tiny brief 2010 trial our best estimate from studying photos was 1mm per month improvement. So maybe it takes you 70 months. Somewhere in between 2 years and 6 years lies the truth.

I suggest you plan on tugging with gentle tension 11 hours per day and wearing your skin passively retained over the glans during all non-tugging hours. Be patient. Never tolerate pain. Take well-lighted before pictures from various angles. Log your FEC monthly or quarterly so you'll know if your regimen needs refinement.

Ron, did this study utilize the TLC? What about other devices?

Our 2010 trial involved men who volunteered to tug and log their hours and growth. That's it. Participants were randomly assigned to tug "more than 50%" or "less than 50%" of all hours for the first three months, and then to switch for the last three months.

If I recall we collected some info about whether they retained during all non-tugging hours, but it was not factored into the results.

So just to make sure, this was any general tugging method. Am I understanding this correctly?

While everything that has already been said so far is true, I will still answer the question despite the open ended question. I have been seriously committed to restoring since 1 September 2014. I phrase it that way because I started in high school around my sophomore year but I was 15 and not discplined. Now I am 21 and have grown up a bit. Within these 15 months past, I went from CI-2 to CI-7. If you go by the real coverage index - RCI 1 - RCI 6. My goal is full erect coverage. So I may finish within another year and one half year. It is probably my diet also contributing. Vegetarian and I rarely do not drink water; I also apply aloe vera to my penis after every manual tugging session. I do not know anyone in real life whom has finished restoring though.

Also. I spent the first year using the TLC-X. Every. Single. Day. For at least 8 hours. Sleep time was the main recovery period for my penis. I was so focused on restoring I thought the applied regimen was not too serious.

My manual tugging regimen is a lot different though.

One hour in the morning. One hour before I go to bed. I like the specific method of tugging I apply. And this new regimen gives me a lot more time to focus on other things. But I always had a habit of focusing on certain things maybe more than necessary. Hopefully this helped.

Of course, that helps, isthe kind of info i was looking for.

And what about going from CI-2 to C-I7?. Is really as different while having sex or masturbating?

                      Thanks in advance.

I am abstaining from penetrative sex until I am finished restoring. I wanted to hold of on masturbating too, but I have found that to be rather difficult! The gliding action is really fun to experience; especially since I feel pleasure throughout my whole body and not just around my penis; and my penis feels and looks so much thicker now. But now that I am more used to having so much foreskin I am able to resist a bit easier.

I will eventually make a gallery to post on this forum, but I just need to figure out how topen make the pictures I took smaller. Anytime, man!

                          Really? Why so?

Well. It is because of two main factors.

                            1. I might be one of the rare exceptions but I have not started feeling enormous levels of sensation yet. I have felt more, but I guess time will tell! I have not gained enough foreskin to where I am confident enough that I would fully enjoy sex. I have tried it before with not much pleasure derived therein.

                            2. I think the doctor that circumcised went a little over board. I have some tears across the top of my penis that have yet to fully heal. So I would want to accidentally catch a disease from a man or woman.
