Hey everyone. I was a member of the old forum and decided to check out the new place. Anyway, a bit about myself. I'm currently 18 and I was cut at birth. I remember vividly discovering what circumcision was at around age 11 and I began reading inactivist and restoration material. I was in shock for a whole day, I was just crying to myself after realizing what I had lost. Anyway, that's in the past. For years after that, every time I was reminded of what was taken from me I'd get overwhelmed with negative feelings. Angst, anger, resentment and disdain for my unapologetic parents, etc. I did my best to cope with these negative feelings through simply reminding myself that there's nothing that can be done to change the past, and that the best I can do is to make sure my own sons are never cut and break the cycle with myself.
Two years ago or so, I decided to take up manual restoration. I have made immense progress in these past two years. I don't know my CI but I have plenty of loose skin, and my glans is pretty much covered save for a penny sized opening when I'm flaccid. To anyone on the fence about restoration, I'd say just dive in. All it takes is a few minutes a day of tugging and you will begin to see results within a month. On the more visceral side of things, my orgasms have gotten much more powerful. I can bring myself to climax so much easier after these two years of tugging. Tactile response from my glans and inner foreskin is otherworldly. The difference is profound. The best way I can explain it to someone is like you have been wearing a condom your whole life and you just took it off for the first time. When my glans rubs up against the inside of my underwear or the fabric of my pants, it makes me cringe in discomfort. That might not sound amazing, but in the past that would have brought no discomfort, as constant rubbing was the norm.

-Two sets of "okay sign" fingers below the circumcision scar but above where the pubic hair starts.
-Grip and apply pressure, not enough to cause discomfort but enough that your fingers won't slide off
-Pull the fingers away as if to lengthen the skin between your two sets of fingers in a ring shape
-Do for as long as you can bear, 20-40 seconds.
-Relax for 30 seconds and do as many times over again as you feel your are able to do.
