There is no exact spot you should be tugging manually. You can tug from all of the above, but try to avoid tugging below the hair line. So to answer in the terms you requested I would say.

At first I didn't understand the graphics in your first picture .

I'd also use some variations like 0+A (0 being at your coronal ridge), 1+C, 2+B, 0+3, 1+3, 0+B. Use your imagination. Put one piece of your skin under tension at a time. And, as deja_ale said, try to avoid tugging below the hair line.
