The tip of my penis is swollen?

I took off the DTR today it the back of the tip looks alittle raised up, i think it's swollen. What can i do to help? Is the back of the tip usually like this? Maybe i should use less tension??

If it goes away in 20 minutes or so, don't worry about it. I get the same thing. It's normal as long as it doesn't hurt.

I think i may just be being paranoid.. Still, it does look abit odd. Every penis is different and i don't have any pictures of mine so it's hard to tell. No pain or numbness at all from what i can tell.
