  • I'm new. Where do I start? How do I know what's best for me?

    Hello Everyone,

I am new here and I am thinking of restoring my penis.

I was circumcised when I was 7 years old and now that I'm 32 I have been thinking of having my penis restored. I'm still not sure if this is even possible. My penis was cut "very low and tight" similar to what someone else mentioned ealier.

I've looked at some of the procedures but I don't know where to start.

How do you know what procedure is best for you?

At the age of 32, is it too late?

My end goal is sensitivity restoration. Is this possible?
Have any of you had your foreskin and the nerve sensitivity restored? If so, what method did you use? What are the risks?
Most importantly, how do you feel afterwards? Has there been an improvement to your sexual experiences since then?

Your help and advice will be much appreciated.

    Kind regards

    The Seeker

Welcome! Yes it is possible, and easy to do. I was tightly cut as well, and didn't start until my 40s. Apply tension, the tension triggers your cells to grow more skin. Do it over a number of years, and you will have restored your foreskin.

The best procedure is the one you will use on, essentially, a daily basis, like combing your hair, or brushing you teeth. To figure that out, think about what you will be comfortable with, tension is tension, so any method works, but some will work for YOU better than others. For example, you may prefer to be spontaneous and have sex at odd moments. In that case, taping methods are probably not your choice.

That said, many men do at least get started with cross taping, or else manual, to get a feel for it and sort out everything. Then, if they started with cross taping, they quickly move on to other methods. Manual tuggers may simply continue with that method. It is very common to change methods form time to time. One key to being successful is experimenting to figure out what works best for you.

You can be confident that restoring your foreskin will improve your feelings, and your partner's feelings, in a number of ways. As far as I can tell, it is not so much an increased sensitivity, as it is the sliding skin, that makes for better feelings. I went from what you might call "tension orgasms" to whole body, out of this world, orgasms. But you will only find out how your feelings improve as you restore. One good thing is that the gains will come along the way, you won't have to wait until the end.

The only risk I have seen is applying too much tension and getting minor skin tears. Balancing that against the amazingly better feelings, function, and appearance, for me the decision is easy. And, I have high confidence that will be the case for you as well.

I started out with cross taping, moved quickly to the pill bottle method, and quickly moved to my own variation on T-Taping, that incorporated dual tension, like the TLC:

I stuck with that method for quite a while, then, switched to inflation, using my own hybrid variation of two other inflation methods. I am currently finishing up my restoration using that inflation method. I tug 20 minutes, twice a day, 5 days a week. I also take all holidays, weekends, and vacations off, as well as business trips, and my field season.

Hope that helps you get started. Feel free to ask further questions, there is a bit of a learning curve.

    Regards

Sorry you were cut We now know there are almost no legitimate reasons to amputate skin from the penis. The rare situations that do warrant surgery mostly do not warrant a full circumcision.

If you can force the skin you have left to roll forward and cover and hide the glans, then you can apply a tapeless device like the TLC Tugger https://tlctugger.com/product/tlc-tugger-kit/ or TLC-X https://tlctugger.com/product/tlc-x-...le-tugger-kit/. If you can't you might be able to use the taped Canister Method https://tlctugger.com/canister-kit/ for while until you have more slack and mobility. Some guys will switch tapeless methods during the day even while they still need a taped device to get through a whole night's sleep tugging. I feel we only need to tug with gentle tension 10-12 hours per day to make great progress, so you don't need to tug in bed if you're not comfortable with that.

I started at 38. Our dear departed friend Freddy S was an active tugger and active on this forum until his death at age 84.

You need to take care. Never tolerate pain. Gentle tension gets the job done.

Good progress might be 1mm to 3mm per month improvement in the Forced Erect Reach https://tlctugger.com/forced-erect-coverage/ of the skin tube. You need to measure now and monthly to know when to change your regimen and when to just keep on tugging.
