Scratch looking mark showed up..?

I had one before and it went away pretty quickly, i assumed i scratched it with my nails on accident. It doesn't hurt in any way though.

Could this be a micro skin tear or something bad caused by the device

I assume you are talking about outer skin? It's possible you scratched it with a nail with all the handling this process requires. I've done it.
