Difference between TLC Packer and TLC Stretch

I keep going back and forth and looking at the pictures for the tlc packer and stretch and I don't notice a thing. What's the difference between them and what is there purpose? I'm trying to figure out what my next step will be. Thanks guys.

TLC Stretches have a typical TLC tugger handle while the packers just have a little loop. IMO I would invest in a TLC-X with spacers before buying packers or stretch tuggers at this point - a TLC-X is just more flexible and if you "outgrow it" there's always a way to make it work for you again.
