  • A Nudist Who Is Restoring His Foreskin

    Hello all,

I wanted to take a minute to share something about myself with all of you. I am a nudist! My boyfriend and I go to a nude resort a few times throughout the summer and I'm starting to think about questions that may arise regarding my foreskin (or stretched shaft skin, if you will). A nude resort is the last place that somebody will judge you for how your body looks, but as my skin lengthens I'm sure people who frequent there often will begin to notice. I'm not quite sure I want to tell all of them what I am doing because most of the guys there are cut (and we know that a lot of cut people have a negative opinion on foreskin). What would be ideal is if I could go from no flaccid coverage to full flaccid coverage over the winter so nobody would have to see the stages in-between. Obviously this is a fantasy, but it would still be nice. I'm curious to hear what most of you have to say about this topic. Also, please feel free to ask me any questions about being a nudist as I am an open book when it comes to this topic. Both of our families (including grandparents, parents, extended families, etc.) as well as our neighbors know we are nudists. They may not agree or understand with our decision, but they all know about it.

      1. It won't be a "foreskin" you eventually develop, although there will be at least some returned qualities of a foreskin, but it certainly won't be "stretched skin" in any way, shape, or form. Literally.

      2. This process takes so long, as in year after year, that the results at any point in time are so subtle for most of that time, so you will find that no one will even notice anything. And when you have grown a noticeable amount of new skin? Just roll it back, and nobody will notice then, either. Including you. You aren't growing a shaped structure, you are growing additional skin which lies looser and looser on your shaft. It's up to you to roll it into a tube, so you can unroll it at any time, and walk around like you did.

      3. If you continue on and grow more skin than you needed for flaccid coverage, it will have a tendency to roll back over the corona, forming that temporary 'tube', but you can just.............you guessed it ... pull it back. Just like an intact guy, for that matter.

I'm a recreational nudist and have been for many years. I agree that nudist sites are some of the most accepting places for people of all body types. I don't tug when out and about in the nude; just when I'm in the privacy of my room cabin, trailer or whatever.

One of the problems of being a nudist pre-full coverage is keeping the glans protected from the sun. I never got sunburn on my glans but it will get tanned unless you make a conscious effort to keep it covered w/sunblock.

I seriously doubt that you'd be able to achieve full coverage "over the winter" but, even if you do, I don't think most people at your club will notice unless you are very close friends and, even if they do notice, I think they would have the good manners to NOT say anything about it, again, unless they are good friends and know you well.

I nearly had my first nudist experience this past weekend, but couldn't fit it into the afternoon...I'll probably try again this coming weekend. Glad to see this post appear, because I do actually have a couple of questions...however, I'll PM to keep from hijacking the thread and getting off track.

Thanks for sharing. I am also a nudist. I also like going to nude resorts, when possible, when I go on vacation with my boyfriend. If not, we try to stay in a rent house, always near a nudist beach.

I wouldn't be worried if people who frequent there will notice any change in your body. It's your body, not their business. And if most of them are cut and have a negative opinion on foreskin, that shouldn't keep you from restoring. Your body, your decision.

Getting full flaccid coverage over the winter... Restoration takes its time, its years. Suppose next year you'll get full flaccid coverage. Do you think they will remember your status this year? I don't imagine people keeping track of other people's penis changes over time (unless they're restoring but who knows?)
What if they see you next summer with more skin bunching up against your corona? I see it as an opportunity to start a conversation about restoration.

            Enjoy the sun!

I agree with that. Before starting my restoration I always had my shaft skin and glans tanned. It looked good, but it was before I learned about keratinization.

Now I use the good old cross-tape method in order to keep my glans covered while under the sun. Another option is to use an o-ring retainer if you have enough slack. In any case I wouldn't let my glans keratinize again.

Being practical, for public nudist areas, I think covering it with sunblock while exposed and keeping it retained for the rest of the time can be a good mixed approach. You'll need to wash the sunblock off before putting on the retainer, though.

It's so great to know that other people on this forum share in the joys of nudism! As I'm sure you know, when you go to the same nudist resort frequently you do end up becoming close friends with some of the people. The friendship you gain from a nudist resort is like no other. You feel such a close and intimate connection with these people because from the start you see their bodies in their entirety (and I believe the human body is a beautiful thing). Oddly enough, however, I'm not sure I'm ready to tell my closest nude friend about what I'm doing. My reasoning for this is because in the past he has expressed how he finds intact penises "unattractive". I did kindly disagree and tell him that I think they are more natural and overall better looking, but didn't share about my restoration journey. So far the only two people who know are my ex-girlfriend and my current boyfriend. She was not supportive at all and also thought that intact penises were "ugly", but luckily my boyfriend supports me. The only complaint he has had so far is that he doesn't like the smell. When I'm done restoring I plan on showing my parents, rather than telling them. I want it to be a shock to see their son with an intact-looking penis. I can then explain the years of effort to restore what was taken from me.

I understand. I relate to the "close and intimate connection" that you get with nudist people, specially when frequenting tha same nudist place.

I'm sorry your ex-girlfriend was not supportive. I'm glad your boyfriend supports you . Mine knew about my restoration since day #1 and he is very supportive and encouraging.

As for the smell, I started perceiving the cheesy smell when I started having some coverage. In my case, washing my penis before and after using my device (the TLC-X) lets me get rid of the smell for a long while.

About telling your closest nude friend, I'm sure you'll find the right time and way to do so. I would kindly compare it with coming out. Restoration is important to you, and that's why you want to share it with that friend.

Your parents will be shocked when they see you some day with coverage.

I'm a nudist as well, and am glad to see others here are too. While the restoration process is slow, I agree that it is unlikely that others will notice, or if they do, that they'll comment. But if they did notice it would be a good opportunity to explain the benefits of restoration, if you feel like volunteering that info.

If you're early on in your restoration and have a little slack, while the process is slow, it's also not out of the question that you could achieve significant growth in a year's time, though it's likely not to be completely *reliable* coverage in that span. But use it as motivation to keep tugging diligently, and see where you end up. I've found nothing but positive benefits from having coverage in the sunshine (and everywhere else, for that matter).

I also frequent a clothing optional campground several times a year, but have been fully restored for over ten years now. Many times I have had other campers comment on how they are jealous that I have a nice foreskin. But in turn I tell them that I was mutilated at birth, and from there the restoration conversation begins. I am very open about my restoration, it is still amazing to me how many guys I talk to about it have the same response "I didn't know that was even possible". To member 'MyForeskin", me personally, I would be an open book about my restoration as much as being a nudist. I have even been able to get several fellow campers into restoring because of the restoration workshops I have lead over the past few years. Some guys are just fascinated by the process, but others are really eager to begin and just need a little push and encouragement. But the biggest thing that convinces them the most is just seeing what my results have been. I have even had considerable interest by guys that are intact, seeing my results and to encourage their cut partners to restore. KOT

I too am a bit of a nudist...
I don't know if I would ever go to a public resort just to be comfortable around others. I have not been to a clothing optional beach yet but I would if there was an opportunity.
Really for me it has just been skinny dipping alone in the pool and doing some sunbathing. I am not ashamed of my body (disregarding an ugly scar and some missing skin) but I also don't go seeking attention.
I have found that sleeping is much more comfortable without pjs, especially when the midnight erections come lol.

I have also fantisized about showing my parents once I am done, I think that it is something I will keep to myself though.

I love being naked, outside, on a beach, or resort. I'm limited because of kids in the house. I have been restoring since 2012. When I bought my TLC Tugger and used for about 1 year, then went to a DTR. I'm very open if you ask a question, I will answer it. Thanks
