  • Wicked Fast Mucosal Tissue Recovery (photo), What Do YouThink?

This photo was taken yesterday. I started covering 24/7 on 2/8/22, six days ago. This is an ongoing experiment using urine as an exfoliate. As you can see, the results have been quick.

A word of caution is appropriate here. When I posted that I am using my own urine to exfoliate the inner skin and glans, a member of the forum direct messaged me about an experience he had with a serious urinary tract infection. Due to his warning, I have modified my regimen to quickly restore my inner skin and glans. I now - every few hours - simply rinse with water. He mentioned to me about the difference in the odor of a healthy covered glans and one that is not so healthy. According to him (since he is fully restored) a healthy odor is musky in nature. A foul odor is not healthy. This triggered a teenage memory for me about eating out that goes like: 'if it smells like fish, eat all that you wish - if it smells like bologna (pronounced balone) leave it alone'. Yes, it is crude, but it helps me to remember the good odor from the bad odor. That saying, learned in high school, always comes back to me immediately when considering human odors that we all have. In the Marines (a department of the Navy) during schooling we had all manner of crude memorization tools and while marching, calling cadence in answer to the person leading the march. I call it male nature. It is probably less tolerated these days - I have no way of knowing.

Getting back to urine as an exfoliate I went from sandpaper looking glans to the glans seen in the photo in six days by just peeing through my covered glans and a few hours later, cleaning with water. My glans are now adhering to the inner skin when I pull the skin back. Because I have never experienced what a normal uncut penis is like, based on what I have been reading in the forum, this is desired. I have yet to produce any smegma, on my glans but, I have a feeling, that this is just around the corner now that I am perfectly shiny. I'm wondering, from where I now am, how long it will be before I start seeing that....if anyone has an idea of how this happens on a restored covered penis.

    Wow forescore!

I’ll have to revisit your gallery to see what your glans used to look like. Having noted that, I have in the past observed some posters who are probably still at CI 3.5-4 which is where I’m at, who already sport really shiny, smooth glans while others have severely cracked dried glans. Not sure if this is due to genetically ‘drier skin’ vs some who naturally have more moisture within there personal biology. Either way, I’m happy for you, congrats!
Lately, in an effort to avoid any type of soapy bubbles/ residue by bath soap from reaching my glans, I’ve started the practice of showering while wearing my stealth retainer. It is one of the most compact and efficiently designed retainers that may be worn even while urinating. I usually remove it when I urinate outside of the shower because I don’t like the odor that’s left behind. Also, unless I position my meatus/ urethral opening exactly at the opening at the top, my urine tends to trickle out instead of shooting out in a steady stream, so there’s always some trapped urine inside the device. This can present a problem by possibly leaking out onto the weighted portion/ attachment of device, which then results in my having to spend even more time washing the various pieces. At least when I do so in the shower, after I’ve rinsed off my soaped torso, I can then remove the retainer and rinse/ wash that out as well. I have noticed that when I’ve been retaining the entire day as well urinated while wearing the retainer, that my glans do appear exfoliated as yours do. Guess I’m gonna have to try leaving it on for a few hours as you have. Thanks for sharing.

I practice a lot of holistic eastern medicine. I prefer holistic approaches rather than medications if it actually works. Many Chinese people practice great natural medicine. I have reduced my enlarged prostate instead of using two medications that my urologist prescribed a couple of years ago. On my second visit a year after he asked me if I had been taking the medication....I told him I was afraid to. I explain to him what I had been doing instead. He asked me for a link to the information that I have been reading and following because if he can get people to do what I did without medicine, he would prefer that, even though he said he would probably make less money doing that. This year at my annual checkup, my urologist declared my prostate to be normal size....imagine that. I had ED and couldn't get an erection except when I took, you know, that miraculous medication that puts it right up. I am back to 100% without having to take any medication simply by exercising in an extremely unconventional way. I can now, through eastern medicine (holistic-always) heal MY WIFE'S headache which is - at a ten pain level - down to a 2 or a 0 by placing my hand on her forehead and moving energy into her....yah, sounds like hocus pocus....that's what I initially thought as i read it for the first time....fiction.....NOT!

I had a wart on my big toe which a few doctors tried to freeze off. The last attempt, the doc got overzealous and burned so deep that it produced a big blister and got infected....I almost lost the toe. The blister eventually healed and I decided that to lose the toe would not be worth it to get rid of the wart. As I have aged, the bottoms of my feet have gotten really thick callouses. After I read about the exfoliate qualities of urine, I thought, I wonder if it would work on my feet. I began soaking my feet in my own urine.....every night. That is not something that you can hide from your wife....jugs of urine being collected kind of stands out. Since she knows my nature, including this foreskin restoration, after explaining what I wass doing and why, she actually was supportive of me on this. So, as I was saying, I soaked every night with the urine from the last 24 hours. If I skipped a day, I would use the amount collected in two days. They say it works even better when it is aged a few days. After about a week of doing this, I noticed that my wart looked like it was also exfoliating. I began carefully scratching the surface of the wart after exfoliating. After about 3 weeks, there was no sign of the wart...that thing which was with me for 10 years was completely gone. My feet are now soft and supple. I give this anecdotal because there is a lot of good out there in holistic healing that is useful (particularly from the east). Now, getting back to my mucosal membranes.....when I say urine is a great exfoliate I have first hand experiences that, to me, proves it beyond doubt. A doctor infected my toe almost to the point of amputation....I was worried. Urine took care of my wart without ever worrying me once. Now it has restored my glans.....nuf said.

Here is what I do (my new regiment) since I am now covered 24/7 and at least a year before that. I no longer use soap. Instead of using soap I put a sparing amount of coconut oil (virgin....it is important to use this type) on my skin prior to showering. Some on my face, stomach and sides down into the groin and some on my legs. Virgin coconut oil actually smells like coconut - to me, this is a pleasant odor. I get the shower going and aim it toward the back shower wall. When getting in the shower I let the hands get wet from the spray off of the wall. I then spread the coconut oil everywhere wetting the hands often as I go because the dry skin takes the water off of my hands. After spreading it everywhere....including the outer penis skin, and scalp/hair - akin to soaping up - I then start my shower with water only. I pull my foreskin back and let the water run on it. This sheds all of the excess oil and allows what is remaining to soak in. I used to have very dry skin in the winter. This practice has completely turned that around. When I get out of the shower I am not greasy, my skin smells pleasant, and I am totally moisturized head to toe including my penis. My skin cone adheres to my skin well enough that it stays put the same way it would when I used soap....that is how I know that only a minimum amount of oil remains. Soap cleans and removes oils. Coconut oil cleans and moisturizes. I am a great coconut oil customer. I buy it in huge bottles at BJ's Warehouse or Costco. They both sell virgin coconut oil. Lastly on coconut oil used this way, the reason that I don't slop it on and then get into the shower is that I found out that it can collect in the drain pipe. Keep the quantity to a minimum and it doesn't collect in the pipe. the warm water keeps it liquid and it goes into the septic system. The septic system is used to devouring oils. Our body passes oil out from out food that reaches the other end and a healthy septic system never has any problem with it.

I give these detailed explanations because I believe in these holistic practices and I feel if I explain it well enough, perhaps people will experiment with it.

That's what my exfoliating has been...an experiment. So far, a very successful experiment.

That is what my soap substitution with virgin coconut oil has been. So far a very successful experiment.

That is what my foreskin restoration has been. So far a very successful experiment.

I listen to doctors regarding major health concerns. I sometimes try a holistic approach to see what happens. Before doing this I do a ton of research. I trust Taoist master and author Mantak Chia because, so far, all of his procedures and methods have produced the positive results that he describes in his books.....even if at first it seemed like fiction.

Finally, to summarize, there is usually always more than one way to solve problems. I always prefer a holistic approach if one can be found. Search on!

Wholeheartedly agree with holistic methods. Thanks for sharing. Although I’m a mixed breed, (European Chinese heritage…from the West Indies. One of my grandmothers whom I never knew was apparently quite skilled in holistic treatments. Since I live in the Sfla as well as central Fl, I don’t experience the the truly dried skin conditions which others may see in more northerly locals. However, my skin tends to be more dry than moist, so your suggestion of using virgin coconut oil intrigues me. My main concern is the cleansing aspect of bathing or showering which has been ingrained into my psyche for so long. For instance, if I’m working outside in the garden, producing lots of perspiration and handling plants, weeds, dirt, etc. How ‘clean’ or effective in removing real or perceived grime and dirt will the virgin coconut oil perform as opposed to the cleansing agents of detergent soap.

My hands do get washed a lot during the day with soap. When they feel dry I put a small amount of coconut oil on them and rinse. Then I use a paper towel to remove any that remains on the surface.

My body gets the oil treatment. I don't recall any grime surviving the oil treatment. I do use it like laundry spot treatment. If my knees are grimy from kneeling, the oil goes directly on the knees. Coconut seems to dissolve it well. I too was skeptical about using oil. Time has shown me that it works at controlling odors. I do also enjoy body scent sprays. My favorite is Bath and Body Works sugar vanilla. I use it in key places when I go out in public. It seems strong when it goes on. I spread it around with my hands and within a half hour, it is just background. My wife likes the scent of vanilla, in the background.

I took a quick look. I don't have any without coconut oil on the skin as I use it every day and give it a lot of sliding action putting it on short of ejaculation. I have completely stopped using it directly on the inner skin and glans since I am now covering 24/7. I now do the same thing without oil short of ejaculation because my foreskin is so long, lubrication is no longer needed or used. BTW, try as I may, I could never do that prior to the skin lengthening A LOT. This is one of the things I absolutely love about having this much foreskin....what a treat.

Be very very mindful of BXO. This can be caused by urine exposure over long periods of time. I thought I regrew a band of some sort when in fact it was a condition caused by the urine. BXO can get bad and is the main cause of penile cancer. I found a guy who had a similar ring like mine which was caused by urine as well. Be very careful and don't let your skin marinate. If you smeel fishy or start itching I would hold off. BXO is incurable and brought on by such things.

I wash regularly. A penis that is intact experiences urine regularly....even if you pull the foreskin back every time you pee. Remember the old adage, 'no matter how much you dance and you prance, the last drop still goes in your pants'. The penis is a pee thing by nature. You can't avoid it. By cleaning every few hours, I am basically over-killing the cleaning part to avoid the production of foul smelling bacteria. I am not worried about BXO at all. Now if you are saying that peeing is the cause for cancer on a part of your body that produces pee, then I would say, no matter what you do....you are going to get cancer if you are prone to it. However, if you are saying that not keeping clean on the peeper is the cause for cancer, then yah, wash it more regularly. For most people with a foreskin, washing once a day is likely the average since most people shower at least that often. If you are odorous then people won't want to be near you.....and your health may suffer. If others can smell you coming then you will also be able to smell that. And there are some people who just don't care. And finally there are those who can't shower because they have no home. If all of those people come down with this cancer, I would say that every male needs to worry about this. I'm just not worried about it AT ALL. Just like I'm not worried about getting lung cancer by an occasional unavoidable proximity to a smoker who exhales and I breath it in or I breath in the smoke directly from the cigarette, but you won't see me taking a cigarette and smoking it. That is the kind of unconcerned about it that I have about the BXO of which you speak. One of the functions of our health departments locally, in the state, and nationally is to detect trends and then if there is something happening that can be avoided by whatever means, they educate the masses. So far that I know of there are no education campaigns by the CDC for BXO because of urine. Hygiene is wicked important....mostly because of social reasons and secondly because of disease. Most homeless people don't die because of poor hygiene. There are countless other major factors other than hygiene that are associated with death among the homeless. I think I have tried to put this in perspective. That is what I am going with unless something happens that is major that changes if for me. I listen to the science of disease.....not the hype, anecdotal descriptions, or politics. It is how I live without making myself crazy with worry. It is part of the zen that I strive for in my study of eastern medicine. More people shorten their lives because of worry and anxiety which causes disease and cancer probably far more than BXO. Mindfulness and meditation is a great anecdote and there is a lot of studies on what stress can do to our bodies. If what you say is true, please point me to well known, and trusted medical journal that has published a paper on this. The JAMA would be a prime example of a solid source of evidence on BXO. Until then, I am going to meditate to keep my mind free of worry. I would encourage others to do the same. Concentrate on things that you know help to keep you healthy....including good body hygiene at least once a day. I will leave the rest in God's hands because I am a believer. See? no worries, I just let it go.

As you might be able to surmise, I think a lot about problem solving. I have enjoyed a whole career of teaching it in the Information Technology field. I now troubleshoot power generation equipment as a part time gig after retirement from teaching. I still love doing this.

Thinking about the above quote, I recall my fear that was the same about body odors. My arm pits can get particularly stinky. While applying the virgin coconut oil before hopping in the shower, I always make sure that under the arms is coated with a generous amount. While doing my soaping up routine described above, I move the oil under the arms in the direction of my chest and bread basket. By the time I rinse it off a quick check of the arm pits with my nose placed as close as possible I have never detected the typical odors that would be there after a good workout.

I do have a theory about this. To make soap they typically use animal renderings, basically the oil that is left over after the slaughter of a cow for instance. We, over the years, have found a way to use just about every part of an animal that is slaughtered in one way or another and soap making is no exception. So virgin coconut oil does have some relationship to soap. And another idea that my boss always repeats to me is this little gem 'the solution to pollution is dilution'. I am of the opinion that using coconut oil on the body and then rinsing it off is akin to dilution. It is like a duck coating it's plumage so that it repels water. Sweat is based in water. I believe that as the oil coats the skin, it lifts the water off and the shower washes it away. I have been doing this for so long that I am pretty confident that when I wash my body it works as good as soap.

Discernment stops you from jumping in the first place. BXO may never happen for you, I just want you to be aware of the signs so you stop before it starts. I am a big advocate for restoring, am a solid C-5 C-6 and encourage anything that moves the science forward.

Thanks for your words pastor. I appreciate them. I am also a believer but am guided mostly by the two new commandments given by JC. They guide my life. My experiences with eastern medicine have not changed that. God and science guides me. God for the spiritual and science for the earthly. God bless.
