I am new to this site and have decided to join it so I can get help and support mainly because I have decided yesterday to begin to restore my foreskin that was cut at birth. I have been thinking about this for 4 years and have decided this would be the best thing for me and my future girlfriend/wife so we can have a good sex life. I know this will never get me to the real thing however it will be MUCH better than it is now and would like to start restoring.

I'm 19 years old and had just finished my first year of college, (I want to be a airline pilot) and I now have 3 more months left before I have to go back. I now have the time and dedication that I need at home but for now I am still trying to get my fathers support and my mothers support (however I believe she is a pro-cutter so its going to be difficult). I have a average sized penis that was tightly cut and would like to know which product would be the best for this since I have the scar ring about 2/3 of my penis shaft.

If I start now it would give me some time to see if I like it and get used to it so hopefully when I go back to college it won't be such a big deal for me and this is very important. Im going to have to wear it whenever I'm sleeping or around the house as I wont be able to wear it while I'm flight training. Good for you! Restoring IS worth every minute spent. I was cut as an adult (stupid tight) and now that I have gained a significant amount of skin (no coverage yet) things have gotten considerably better. The real magic happens once coverage is achieved and the inner skin dekeratinizes and goes back to being super sensitive. Having your original foreskin is a 10, cut is a 2, and restored can be as good as 8. THAT is worth doing. I'm not done and don't even have coverage yet and I would put things at a solid 4.
You are young. Now is the absolute best time to get it done.
I use the TLC X myself and, yes they do come in several sizes. You may not be able to use the TLC X right off if you were cut tight and you shouldn't sleep with ANY device on until you have enough skin to accomodate nocturnal erections with no issues.
Keep up the manual until you can get a device on and DROP THE NO FAP SHIT! Don't torture yourself.

Well for manual im not sure if I'm doing it right, I usually take my left hand form an OK sign and pull the top of my shaft skin before the scar upwards until it almost covers the head I only use the left hand. How long do I keep doing this at least until I get the device. I want to know which method is effective until I get the device. Once I do get it which one should I get

I keep trying to tell my dad I want to restore but he keeps saying it isn't necessary (he is cut too) but its my body and its my decision I'm legally a adult so. He's the kind of guy that needs hard evidence I just need evidence from some people that restoring is worth it.

I used a t-strap method. I wore this at night with the suspender strap over my shoulder to accommodate night time erections. You could consider this.

Yes. Simple answer. I'm 6 months in of tugging with the TLC-X and when not tugging, I'm wearing the retaining cone religiously.

As soon as your inner skin remnant and head become covered for long periods of time, the skin will start shedding and you'll regain more feelings. The coloring will shift from the dark color to something more reddish/pinkish giving way to the healthy skin underneath all that dry stuff. Essentially, the difference 6 months out will be that you can feel temp changes on the head when going from covered (with the cone) to uncovered. That is one example I can give.

These chances won't happen rapidly, but will take place slowly, usually from 3+ months of restoring. You'll notice color changes relatively instantly in a few weeks. The interesting thing is the changes aren't night/day with sensations, but will slowly take place the more you keep yourself covered.

Some things to consider on your journey when you start is that once you reach FEC of 100%, you'll need to sort of figure out how exactly to have an orgasm solo again as after a few months of being covered, the head and inner skin will be quite sensitive so you will be unable to rub without lube at all or it will be painfully uncomfortable. The real milestone will be to trick your body into finishing by rolling the skin that you've grown that's FEC 100% or higher. It was a real mind over matter moment in my process.

Bottom line is... this process is totally worth it. Keep at it and before long, you'll have awesome skin coverage.

The effect on the head of a circumcised penis rubbing against underwear / boxer shorts is the same as someone who plays guitar. It forms a callous and prevents the pleasure sensations from sending the messages to your brain. Restoring while allow the callous built up on the head of your penis to come off. I remember when I was at the start of this journey there was about a 6 week period when the glans of my penis was peeling as this callous came off. The sensation increase was absolutely amazing. The head of the penis was by design meant to be enclosed except partially exposed during erections.

Additionally the 'purse string touch up' I've recently performed on my penis stimulated nerve growth in the tip. It has greatly increased the pleasure.

I restored my foreskin to be whole, not for sex. But I will assure you there is tons of pleasure to be gained back.

Finally you are a man. You've stated you are 19 years old. It is ok if your parents don't support you in this decision. Mine took about 6 years to come around before they apologized for having had me circumcised at birth. I want to encourage you to be your own person.

I would add that just getting enough skin to get ~50% forced erect coverage greatly increases pleasure, and dekeratinization is many times better once you have the skin.

You are going to have to figure out for yourself what exactly you need to grow and where you want to stop.
I would reccomend that you visit pages that show intact penis (yes it felt weird to me) and learn as much as you can about the foreskin.
I would also recommend that you measure as best you can the "length" of foreskin you have. Do this in mm to have an easy to remember number to quickly measure progress.

Yes I have nearly 1/2 of my entire penis skin covered by inner skin so it should help? Also wasn't there a guy who did the manual tugging and restored it like that in almost 1 year by doing it 10 minutes for every hour everyday?

The 1st pic shows my penis in the idle state, the 2nd is my tugging method that I do for 30-40 min everyday until I get a device, and 3 is my frenelum I believe. Do I have enough skin to work with the TLC-X?
