Hey all, this post is more for the other newbies like me that are just starting their restoration journey, so i'd like to share some of my experiences in hopes that it will motivate others to start or to continue on.
I've only been restoring for a little over three months. I was cut moderatley tightly and also very high, so i'm nowhere near being finished. The skin on my shaft has loosened tremendously since i've started and it's all of the motivation that i need to continue.
Long story short (and without getting too graphic) i was jerking my chain the other day and shortly before i reached climax i felt this strange and cool (yet pleasurable) tingling on the right side of my scalp and face. I thought it must have been some sort of coincidence so i didnt give it much thought.
I was giving myself some more love today and the same thing happened, but this time the feeling was much more intense, spread further across my body, and it began much earlier before i orgasmed. It felt amazing.
When i masturbate now, there is more mobile skin to move up and down my shaft, and even though it's not nearly enough skin to have the complete rolling and gliding action, it was still a tremendous improvment in sensation.
I think that new restorers tend to think of restoration as a long, laborious process that yields no positive results until journey's end; at least i did. But i think that instead of looking forward to see how far we all have to go to reach our final goals, we should enjoy the moment and appreciate what we've achieved so far, and cherish every little improvement that is made along the way.
I won't be able to say for certain until after my restoration is complete, but if the new sensations that i'm experiencing are only a fraction of the intensity that they will be when i'm finished, then that is all of the motivation that i need to continue.
Everyone is obviously different, and i dont know what other restorers have experienced, but for the other new restorers (or those considering if restoring is worth the time and effort) keep in mind that this was only after 3 months of consistent tugging.
I think this process is well worth it, and there are a lot of great guys on this forum that will help you along the way.
Keep on tugging.
