  • Suture tunnels and restoration

    Hey.

I've started restoring and I, a long time ago noticed I have two suture tunnels on my outer foreskin at the top of it near the circ scar. Each tunnel consists of two connected black holes a few millimeters away from each other and sometimes they collect a bit of I think it's smegma or something that I can squeeze out without any pain. It looks like when you squeeze out a blackhead. I wonder if these are a problem and should be removed before restoring or if they even can be removed and if so, is it possible to remove them after restoring?

If it helps, I've never had sexual intercourse with anyone so I very much doubt they are a result of stds. I first discovered them when I was around 12 years old. Are they an obstacle when restoring, and how does one remove them?

If you were cut as an infant I doubt they are suture tunnels as they usually don't use sutures on infants when something like a plastibell or gomco clamp is used. I was cut as an adult and sutures were used, but I made it very clear to the surgeon to use the finest suture material available and put them very close together for a clean end result. This worked very well as you cannot even see any suture marks at all and my scar line is so minimal and fading away even more as I restore. I have no doubt that when I am fully restored my scar will no even be visisble and be a seamless transition from inner to outer skin.

In that case what are they? They're like two connected black holes a few millimeters away from each other and they very very slowly collect dirt, smegma or something. When I squeeze the buildup out the top is usually black and it has like a while tail. Isn't painful at all, it doesn't get sore, it's barely noticeable and has no negative impact on masturbation. What can it be in that case?

I can't post pics because I am underage, but I made a thread about it on Reddit too and apparently a few other restorers have them too and it has had no negative impact on their restoration nor sex life, so I'm good. If I do decide to get it removed I'll most likely do so after restoration for cosmetic reasons, but it hasn't really bugged me.

Oh, didn't realize you was still a kid. Good for you that you discovered restoration at your age. You should be able get it done fast. I wouldn't worry about it then. The last thing you want is MORE cutting in your dick. When you're done That area will be concealed just inside your rollover point. What CI level are you now? How much inner skin did you get left with?

I was cut high and loose. It's odd, I look like CI-1 but I have some loose skin, My skin is not tight. It seems like my scrotum has loose skin. When flaccid I can pull my foreskin a bit over the corona, and my forced erection coverage also goes a bit over the corona..

That's good. You're at a good place to start. You know, I was thinking about those tunnels and they may be able to fix them without actually cutting anything. Since they're hollow, I bet they could run some kind of small wire brush thru them to cause minor bleeding and just let them heal up. Maybe even a laser. That wouldn't be so bad. You might want to talk to a cosmetic surgeon.

I read about someone using a floss to remove it. He put it through, tied knots on the ends and later on the skin just fell off and healed.

Also, do you think high tension for short 1 minute periods 5-8 times a day of method 2 around the circ scar should be enough to grow foreskin?

Yeah, I heard about that too. That may be an option. How many of these tunnels do you have? There's no doubt manual works. It's just a pain in the ass. I would do 2 minute sessions every hour if you can. At some point when you are at about a CI 3 or so, get a device. It's so much easier. But you're young you should grow like crazy! Don't smoke (tobacco), lay off the soda, eat a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water.

When you tension your skin, you want to go to the elastic limit of your skin plus a little more. It should not hurt. After a day of tugging some minor redness and slight soreness is OK as long as its completely gone by morning. If its not, you tugged too hard. All you want to do is trigger the cells to divide, not cause damage. Be careful of too much tension, you may get stretch marks. What ever you do start out easily and slowly. Work up to it. Your skin needs to get used to the tension.
How long are the tunnels and where exactly are they?

The tunnels are both below my scar circ on the outer foreskin. One is directly in the middle of the ventral side of the penis, the other one is a bit to the left of the ventral side. Ventral is the side facing down, right? Just to make sure :P Anyway, I know how the tugging is supposed to feel, but is around 5-8 minutes of it each day enough to grow if you use high tension everytime? Some say you need hours, some say you need 30 min, some say 15 but I wonder if 5-8 minutes of high tension tugging is enough to grow at a decent/steady rate?

The thing with tugging is that everyone's "ideal" tension/time requirement is different due to many factors such as skin type, genetics, age, health, diet, etc. You have to experiment with tension and time. Personally, I don't think 5-8 minutes a day is enough, not even close. Since you don't really have enough skin to use a tapeless device, check out the canister method. It uses a 35mm film canister and some tape. Go to TLC Tugger's website for more info. It works great, I started with it and after 3 or 4 months you should be able to use a tapeless device.
