In 2008 before I started using RTM, I was using a 3" long,1" diameter socket to tug with. It was heavy enough and I could urinate with it on but I now looking back for a whole year, EVERYDAY all day saw little real growth BUT my penis did get a good inch longer in hang. Tissue under tension will grow new cells and grow new tissue so had I kept with this idea of tensioning my 4skin and yet also elongating my penis too,..., was my penis getting longer out racing my 4skin to cover it. Take it that the penis was stretched but had I done this for years would that very method made my real goal to have coverage been made a much longer process? I know guys that have permanently lengthened their penis by pulling of the penis. I myself wanted girth and have a permanent 1.5" in girth myself from 6 years of HydroPumping which I did knowing I could mess up my restoration if I was not careful.
So I wonder if the pulling of the foreskin which does also pull the penis as a whole grows 4skin, why would it be unreasonable to think the shaft would see some amount of length growth as well over "years". Basically, being like that road you are trying to get to the end of, but someone keeps building more road, you grow skin, and you are growing penile tissue as well. Not till I started RTM which focused on the inner skin, did no tensioning of the penis itself, and later the DTR when the amount of skin was too great from RTM did, I see the "end of the road" AND I began seeing overhang growth as well. A lot of guys on a previous site I was on in 2009-10 were either inspired at my coverage in just under a year 2009-2010 or they thot me a fraud, that I was already intact and faking it, some of those I later heard were using RTM themselves! LOL!!!! But if you are growing a longer penis, you will need more time, maybe a lot more to get the coverage.
If you do not work the penis itself at all, wouldn't it stand to reason the restoration would be faster time wise if only the skin itself was being worked? Just found this to be an interesting thot since in my case I feel that was exactly what was happening with the socket early on in my restoration. Benn stretching your entire penis for YEARS and still no 100% coverage? Maybe try a more focus methos of skin only and see if that gets you the progress others have seen and enjoying. Luckily, I like my length, and having my girth that I wanted I am whole again,...., permanently.
One thing I do know- if you have a good amount of new shaft skin but that flip and stay just is not happening, start working that inner skin, use a good emollient, I swear by Emu Oil, and once you get enough healthy inner skin, you'll see it flip and stay. Sometimes all it takes is getting that thick shaft skin healthy from being dry and it will happen. The restoration population many times underestimates the inner skin to becoming that "log jam" breaker of the thick shaft skin that just never seems to want to flip over the corona and stay. Skin care is a huge part of this venture.
Healthy skin grows a lot faster.
