I want to restore my foreskin and i have many questions. I ve been cirmcised when i was 12 for phymosis, i lost a great deal of sensitivity to the glams. I have no skin on the glans when erect.
    My questions are:

1- whete do i find a clear tutorial on how to make a restoration device?
I got no money to spend so i ll make my own, but i did not find any clear tutorial.

2- how much time a day should i wear it?

3- after i wear it will i have to wear a retainer? Any tutorial on how to do this?

4- will my phimosis come back?

5- is it possible my fireskin will grow in a weird way?
Like only on one side, or saggy or i don t know.

Thank you very much for your help.

      1. You might want to search for foreskin restoration on youtube. Information available here too:

      2. I like the four hour rule for applying tension with a device

      3. Retaining is optional.

      4. No.

      5. Skin growth occurs very slowly. You will not wake up one day with a lopsided restoration. If things start to go awry, you will have plenty of notice and time to change how you are applying tension.
