For those more advanced restorers, at what ci level did you and your partner start to notice glide function? How could this change the sex sensation? Does it change how you masterbate?

Hi,
That depends on how your penis behaves (grower vs. show-er). You may have enough skin to partially cover your glans while flaccid but have your skin tight while erect. So, the given CI numbers may or may not fit your case.

In my case, the first thing I got when I started restoration (I was at ~CI-1) was some skin mobility while erect. A few months later, that skin mobility allowed me to masturbate just by sliding my skin up and down with two fingers (~CI-2). No more dry-rubbing! No more lube needed!

So, answering your questions, in my case:
- the gliding effect was the most notorious effect at about CI-2.
- sensations felt during sex in general changed: less feel of friction, different/better stimulation with movement.
- masturbation started to be much more enjoyable. It changed how I could do it, the possibilities and techniques broadened.

Later on, with partial coverage, the increase in sensitivity was another BIG benefit of restoration, but that's another subject.

I started experiencing the "glide" at CI-4/5 when the skin was mobile enough to roll over the entire surface of the glans. It is a delightfully pleasant experience for both parties, which reduces the need for lube (except for the initial entry) and makes sex more enjoyable.
