Entiendo que esto es una imprudencia profesional generalizada por parte de jueces y forenses, y tambien suya, ya que son responsables de disciplinarlos y corregirlos.
Sugiero prohiban urgente y cautelarmente las circuncisiones. Como jueces que son, pueden tomar medidas cautelares.
El tema de las circuncisiones, empezo siendo un error medico, y ahora tambien lo es judicial.

En cualquier caso, el juez tiene obligacion de entender las pruebas.
Una actuacion que provoca: 1º perdida de tejido, 2º sangrado, 3ºseguimiento medico, 4º dolor, problemas funcionales, traumas, complejos, violencia, familiares, 5º muerte en extremos, (Valencia 21-3-11, Tarragona 22-11-07).
Y habiendo un delito generico de lesiones, y otro especifico y redundante de mutilaciones genitales. ¿que entienden por lesiones, por mutilaciones?, ¿como entienden las cosas?
Tambien se hace por motivos religiosos, aparte que es igual de dañino, puede argumentarse, que aun con el derecho de los padres a inclucar la suya, vulnera la prioritaria del individuo a esa libertad, al imponerle unos signos que no eligio. Se vulnera la libertad de religion.
