  • "Vascular" exercise?

    Somebody posted these articles at Thunders Place PE forum. They're wondering whether clamping a body part so blood flow is restricted can stimulate growth. Sounds dangerous.

      The technique in article isn't for everybody, you should talk with your GP, before practice something like this.
