  • Does being cut mean penis is stuck in a sexual position?

If the skin being pulled back only happens during sex, then would pulling the skin back all the time by being cut, leave the penis always sending a signal to the brain that it is in a sexual mode?

Not necassarily a sexual mode. but at first it does seem that way (but being a baby & adolescents we didn't understand the sensations being experienced) because there is no protection. but over time the brain begins to ignore the sensations as just 'back ground noise'. Than the older one gets the glans creates a tough outer skin not unlike fingers gaining callouses to 'protect' the sensitive tissue creating more drowning out of any stimulation.

The uncovered glans is constantly stimulated in ways that it wouldn't be under a foreskin. The brain gets used to it, much in the same way we usually don't feel the clothes we're wearing.

For those of us who grew up that way, that stimulation wasn't necessarily sexual - it's just how it was. For some guys, having the glans rub against clothing can be irritating, or even painful, and about as far from sexual as you can get.
