  • Help! Peeing and Tugging issues

Since tapeless tugging (using tlc x) I realize I frequent to the toilet more. I originally pee frequently prior to tapeless tugging, or maybe I just drink to much water.

I kinda developed a bad habit of holding my pee. I do this to the point I feel okay but my I cant stop being concious of wanting to pee. This habit may have developed since it's really tiring to go to the toilet every hour then readjusting the tugger.

I cant think of an occasion I dont pee for more than 1 1/2 hours (even b4 tugging. My pee urges continue to overwhelm me and I just peed small amounts sometimes. When I am on the road commuting I can easily forget that fact which is weird.

My pee is mostly transparent. The only times I get yellow is in the morning. I drink a cup of coffee and 2 cups of tea on the afternoon and night. For water I drink whenever I am thirsty, generally 1 cup every 2 hours.

This kinda anoys me. I am curios on your drinking habbits(water). I want to decrease the of frequents to the toilet when keeping hydrated. Any advice, inputs, experiences will be apprixiated.

    Thx !

You are way too young to be experiencing urinary issues. Given your "symptoms", I was expecting you to be around my age; 56. I for one, can extract water from rocks. I barely drink any water, and somehow I manage to pee gallons. How is your caffeine intake? If constant urination annoys you, I would try to reduce your water intake by half. I would give this about a week, and see if your urination declines during that week.

I drink lots 2 cups of green tea generally after every lunch amd dinner, coffee once a day in morning..

I drink lots of water to fill me up in between. I seem to like water too much.

I heard having yellow pee is not favorable, in contrary transparent is better. What are your (hardacroposthion) views on this?

I'll heed your advice on cutting on water and see what happens. Habbits are hard to break though.....I will try either way.

          Thx.

For someone that barely drinks water, my urine is mostly clear. I'm very good at extracting water from food. Give my suggestion a try, and monitor your peeing schedule through the week. Keep me posted on your observations once a week has passed...

Have you checked your blood sugar? Type 2 diabetes is possible. Frequent urination IS a symptom.

I drive for a living, so pee stops can be up to 4 and 1/2 hours apart, I drink tea from a flask throughout the day, and have found that routine is a significant factor in needing pee stops, try altering your routine, ie; fruit juice for breakfast instead of water or coffee, I can pee 2-3 times for 1 mug of coffee, but less if I have fruit juice at breakfast.

Hope this is of some use.

                      My blood sugar is normal.

scotsman85 Yeah I heard caffein induces pee. I can hypothesoze that early in the morning the body is hungry and thirsty. Feeding it with proper nutrition and water will make us naturally fully awake. Coffee is somewhat like a poison......if you dont drink water first b4 hand.

I've been drinking coffee since I was 3 years old. Coffee has been maligned for so long, few seem to see the benefits of its consumption. The extra peeing issue comes from the ingestion of tea at night. If you like to drink tea at night, make sure is herbal tea without caffeine.

We had a gent on the old forum who tried to limit the number of pee breaks he took during the day by limiting fluid intake. He also tried to routinely hold it. He ended up getting a UTI as a result. Please be aware that the flushing action of urine through the urethra is a primary mechanism in the avoidance of UTIs.

Frequent bathroom breaks are not such a bad thing for restorers, as long as it does not interfere unduly with your work responsibilities. I have to take many more bathroom breaks than the average guy because of some fancy colo-rectal surgery I had as a young man because of intestinal ulcers. Having to frequently use public stalls took some getting use to. However, already being adapted to using stalls turned out to to be an advantage when I began restoring. I adjusted the tension of my T-tape and strap apparatus with almost every trip to the restroom. This frequent optimization of the tension during the course of each day is something to which I attribute my rapid restoration success.

As an interesting aside: I recently learned that, in Canadian English, the term used for "the facilities" is most often "the washroom," rather than "the bathroom" or "the restroom" as we say in the U.S. I think the Canadians have it right.

I declared myself finished restoring with 3/4 erect coverage (CI-8.5) in 2005. I primarily used T-tape, strapping up and around my waist.
I've participated in NORM meetings in San Diego, Los Angeles, Seattle (RECAP), and Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Every doubt, reservation, or concern I had about my restoration was resolved by achieving additional foreskin LENGTH.....So just KOT !

You know Nomad, you could get a super canister from Advanced Devices. It has the added benefit that you can pee thru it without removing it. http://shop.foreskin-restoration.info/

One feature of being forced to remove your o-rings everytime you pee is the simple fact that, though you might find it annoying, the act of removing the rings is in itself a tugging session. I've been told many, many times why not wear some form of contraption to allow you to pee while wearing my rings. I always retort back that wearing such contraption only will slow down your restoration. I've had more than great success with manual methods only, and many o-rings as retainers. Restoration does not come easy. You have to pull skin as often as possible throughout the day. Otherwise, you are slowing down the process.
