Any of you use vitamins that have helped in restoring? Maybe you started taking them during your restore process and noticed a difference.
Thanks
Glad you asked. This comes up from time to time on restoration forums. So here's the truth from a physiological (and clinical) standpoint:
Any (human) individual is either already taking in a sufficient amount of vitamins, from a regular diet, or they are in deficiency, which shows up as disease. So you'd know if you needed an increased intake. Nobody will ever see "growth" due to vitamin intake other than the normal rate of growth we all see, and will ever see.
More detail:
Anything above the body's needs of the watersoluble vitamins will be excreted in your urine. So any increased intake is gone; your body never sees it, other than as waste to get rid of.
The fat soluble vitamins are stored in your body's fat, and taking large amounts of them will cause big health problems. So there's always been a warning about that from science.
So here's the upshot on "vitamins":
Thinking that an increased intake of "vitamins" (without knowing enough to specify which type) will help in anything other than your body's normal function is wrong. It's against the known and established rules of physiology. In the case of fat soluble vitamins it's potentially dangerous, and in the case of water soluble vitamins, a wast of your money.

Hey all. I've been tugging now for 4 months using a tlc-x. I tug for 9-10 hrs a day and use the springs/rubber bands when i get home for an additional 3 hrs then use msm cream at night with no devices on at all. i do this 6 days a week and use a skin cone on Sundays to rest the skin. I have noticed an extra wrinkle or two but nothing to get excited over. I put a small amount of msm cream on the corona then attach the device. After the device is attached i lock in the strapping device and set the tension for day. After setting the tension i will put msm cream on around the pubic region and cover the whole shaft just to the bottom of the skin cone hoping that the cream absorbs all day and loosens skin for maximum results. However i have come across a few threads that talk about betamethsone 1% steroid cream. It is supposed to help skin cells reproduce at an accelerated rate vs the msm cream. I'm wondering if anybody wants to weigh in on this topic. Thanks

I know that the skin absorbs lotions amd the nutients in them unlike vitamim supplements.....I still dont use them. I only use mimisxule amount to lubricate my tlx-x.
I only use lotion that have a mimimum of 10 ingridients. All have to be identifieble as harmless substances. Anyways personally I am afraid long term application of lotion may damage the ph and floral enviroment of the skin leading to permant damage....
I dont use msm cream though so I dont really know bout it.
Your child needs lots of essential vitamins and minerals for growth and development. They include vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K and minerals like calcium, iron, iodine and zinc.
