She invites a stranger into her home, puts on a blindfold, and has consensual sex, and THEN complains? I say IF the perp was a male he would not be prosecuted for failing to first reveal his disability (impotence requiring prosthesis for penetration). This female convict simply has the disability of having no penis. Cross-dressing people have sex.

I don't condone dishonesty, but actual forcible rapists have skated with lighter sentences.

If I was the victim and had straight sex only to then find out my date was male, I wouldn't prosecute. I'd own the fact that I should maybe know my partners a little better before getting busy.

Interesting case. Even if the accuser was blindfolded before the accused entered her home under the pretense of being a man, the accuser would have had to know by touch and/or smell (especially the feel of the strap on dildo) that the accused was a woman.

As for why the accuser would file a criminal complaint, I suspect that she felt deceived and, even if she enjoyed it, she did not identify as a lesbian (or even bi) and was so angry and outraged by the event that she wanted to get "revenge" for the deception, even though it would result in the incident being aired in public.

Personally, I wouldn't mind a woman doing that to me (pretending to be a man and butt f*cking me w/a strap on) but that's another matter. LOL!!!
