I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1966. A few years ago (2012) I moved to Clarksville, Indiana, about 10 kilometers north of the Louisville, Kentucky downtown business district. In the midwestern USA, in the 1960s, my foreskin had no chance whatsoever of surviving my first week of life.
