The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) has recently published a position statement concluding that infants must be spared painful procedures when possible. Their 2012 policy on infant circumcision is inconsistent with this. It is also inconsistent with their statement on the ethics of forced interventions which could just as easily wait for the patient's own informed consent.

This is an opportunity to let the AAP know that their twisted logic which contorts to leave forced genital cutting unchallenged has not gone unnoticed. Please sign and share.
