Every year, everyone under 18 will be inspected to make sure they are in tact. If not, it is given a full investigation and the perpetrators are tried in a court, with a jury of their piers, and sentenced to death.

As George Carlin said- were not going yo just do lethan injections. I'm talking about bringing back fucking crucifixion. Well crucify them, inside down, and naked, on live TV. Well call it, Saturday night crucifixions. People will tune in to that!

Circumcision was actually punishable by death under the roman empire a couple of times. And seeing how it was Jewish people doing it, and the standard execution method for noncitizens(including jews) was crucifixion, I'm sure a couple at least have been crucified for circumcising an infant.
