Lee Suckling: Whose decision is circumcision?

This is a very nice opinion piece. The author fails on a few scores:
- He makes the outrageous claim (with no evidence) that a rabbi bit the head off an infant's penis.
- He mistakenly suggests that parents must instruct small children to retract the foreskin and wash the glans.
- He is dismissive of the idea that circumcising could have a negative effect on sexual function, but does come down on the right of the penis owner to decide.
