I doubt there is evidence for these "dangers" but now I'm curious.

Regardless, circumcision alters sex dramatically. Informed adults can decide for themselves. Forced genital cutting is unethical.

        Consider 'VLC'.

        or consider 'TLC-X' with spacers:
        https://tlctugger.com/tlc-x/

I have successfully used both with my foreskin. I personally would lean towards TLC-X for lengthening.

In your situation I would wear the TLC-X Extensible https://TLCTugger.com/product/tlc-x-...le-tugger-kit/ with gentle tension http://TLCTugger.com/4-hour-rule/ 10-12 hours per day. Wear the included retaining cone https://tlctugger.com/your-skin-cone/ during all non-tugging hours to keep your skin passively held in position to cover the glans (until your skin stays over glans to your satisfaction).

The Extensible system includes TLC Selects spacers. These let you fine-tune device length so that you can easily keep your natural preputial sphincter worn comfortably at the skinniest part of the device. That means the tip of your foreskin will never be stretched wider than necessary, and will be best able to do its job of puckering forward of the tip of the glans while you're flaccid.

            Hey Turbo!
What made me progress the fastest was the DTR-air. I think that foreskin lenghteners (intact) do not suffer from the same problems that were reported from restorers, while I am interested to have other feedback from intact lenghteners.

I reached a point where the device was never slipping at all, with two grippers on top, squeezing foreskin in between, and successfully slept with the device on with mid pressure. That is what gave me the most progress, without my pucker loosing up, since those were not the tissues having pressure on, after having used the TLC-X for a long time to pass from skin pulling back from erected penis to stay there.

I was not using the fabric to keep the skin in place to force lenghtening instead of widening either.

Try a trumpet or baritone mouthpiece Cheap, adjustable, and you can wear and pee through it.

Based on my experience, I'd pretty much only recommend air devices for intact members. DTR devices tend to interfere too much with intact parts and it's tricky to achieve uniform tension and comfort.

I've been restoring "off & on" for many years. I'm a CI-10 flaccid and a CI-8 when erect. Working towards CI-10 when erect. A new device for me for restoring is the "Stealth Retainers." I've tried many devices over the years, including homemade ones .. all have their "pros & cons." This one is my new favorite as it allows for urination without having to do anything.

FB, On the CI #, I thought that designated coverage both hard and soft. The CI9 for example is good flaccid coverage but not total coverage when erect. I did not think we used different numbers for flaccid vs erect.

Ken... Please find in the links below information on the creation of the CI (coverage index). It is arbitrary. I'm a "grower not a shower" as the expression goes and don't fit perfectly into the model. Namaste'

"The Real Coverage Index, or RCI, was created by a restorer who went by the name kong1971. The RCI was created in response to the Foreskin Coverage Index, which has been criticized for not indicating men's restoration status. The Foreskin Coverage Index is good for describing the starting point, but, once a man starts restoring, the Foreskin Coverage Index is not adequate."

As a standard rule of nature there will always be some exceptions. In the case of the Coverage Index men in the situations listed below will need to use some judgment when determining their CI numbers. It must be noted however that their CI will only be affected by 1 or 2 points.
                      • men whose penises "grow" considerably more than average when becoming erect,
                      • men whose penises hardly "grow" at all when becoming erect,
                      • men whose foreskins do not move freely due to large diameter glans (penis heads), foreskin tightness, or a short frenulum which restricts free foreskin movement (see below).
                      • men with very long glans.

Thanks for the information. When I studied the CI, the guide I saw showed both flacid and erect coverage for each number. That's why I thought the CI number was a guide for both states in one. I have not seen others reference two different CI #'s for one person at a given time. But I understand your reasoning.

Here is the guide I referenced. It notes when you have different #'s hard and soft to use the one that best matches when hard. But I guess this is just a suggested use of the chart.

I restored many years ago. At this time my CI for flaccid coverage is 9. There is total glans coverage with about an inch of overhang. The coverage when erect is not complete. There is about 80% of the glans covered when erect. The glans is well above average in size both flaccid and erect. The erect length and width have been measured using calipers. The result: erect width is just over 2.5 inches., the erect length is 2.5 inches. The CI index for erect coverage is 8. I have written about this variance here before. A year and a half ago a TLC-X was purchased to be used to gain total erect coverage as well as attempt to develop a thinner edge to the restored foreskin. The latter is progressing very slowly. I have observed both in photos and in person many with intact penises. I have seen many which appear very similar to what I have accomplished.

Similar for me, really nice coverage when soft but not complete coverage when erect. Trying to lengthen foreskin and have seen some nice results, but complete coverage eludes me, the growth on top side is difficult. So I guess we would be CI-8's if we go with the suggested use of the chart - use erect coverage as the indicator. Manual tugging works well, have used retainers but feel they are not giving me the targeted stretch I need.

I find it difficult to gain length on the frenulum side. There is a rather large portion of frenulum remnant, and there is a lump about the size of half of a garden pea seed. This lump tends to interfere, at times, with the fit of the TLC-X.
