Looking for instructions

Hey Guys... still trying to find my way around here. where are the instructions for the different methods ? I see references to "method 1" "method 2" etc but cant find where the step by step descriptions for these are. Mostlt want to find the manual tugging methods for now. thanks!

While you can view the manual tugging instructions on that site, without joining, to view the message board there, you do have to join.
