I made a video to show how a tapered device can be usd by some guys who don't have enough slack to wear it as intended. Just using the fingers of one hand instead of the retaining cone leaves the other hand free to do manual tugging on the device.

    See the video here: http://TLCTugger.com/manual-tugging-demo/

Regardless of the method which one uses, the natural look will depend on how both skins are being restored. By this I mean where is the inner repositioned. In the intact guy, both skin are fused at the tip of the forskin.

Kudos on a restoration well done! Inspiring photo for other restorers, I would say. Thanks for sharing.

Yes. Many men have done so. That said, it is not the only way to get a natural looking result, so which method you choose should, as you seem to be doing, be based on what you will be willing to do over the long haul. If manual will work best for you, go for it. But do not think of it as the best at getting a natural result, it is not, all methods work well for that purpose.

Instead, think of it as the easiest way to precisely target different areas of the skin, the least expensive, the method best able to stay under the radar, the one easiest to implement at odd moments, etc. There is a lot going for manual, but as far as being better than other methods at getting a natural result, I don't think that statement holds up to scrutiny.

How effective is manual tugging? It all depends on who you are listening to. I am a manual tugger. I was cut loose and close at the age of seven. I am in my forty-fourth year. In about thirty-six months I achieved full flaccid coverage. When erect, I can glide my foreskin over my glans with ease without forcing it. Not only that, I can use an o-ring with a little overhang a retainer when erect.
Yes, manual tugging works, and not only that I did it in a fourth of the time of device users. I would tug one to two hours seven days a week before getting up and before falling asleep--that is my free time.

Probably the best way, because you can literally fine tune every aspect. It may or may not take longer. I've heard of both people who only use manual, and people who use all kinds of devices for years with very little progress to awesome progress. Just do what ever fits your life and stick to it till the bitter end, oh you can always switch things up along the way if you want. KOT!!!

I've never talked to an end-stage restorer who used nothing but manual methods, but I feel confident saying it is possible to restore using nothing but manual tugging.
Personally, I wouldn't do such a thing because manual demands free time and attention, whereas the devices have the advantage of being able to "set it and forget it".
I will say that every time I've come across someone who uses nothing but those manual methods, their progress has been painfully slow (relative to progress I've seen, from myself and others who use devices).

So, yes, it's possible. I don't think it is the most expeditious method, so I would disagree with the idea that manual is the best way for you (or anyone) to restore.

I would really do direct air inflation and supplemental manual tugging.

“Tissue expansion is a way for doctors to create skin that can be used to repair or replace other skin just about anywhere on the body. ... Over a period of several weeks, the balloon will be filled with fluid to stretch the skin and create more skin surface.”

Even the medical industry uses inflation to grow skin.

    Natural look with manual tugging

I'm just wondering if it's possible to get a natural looking restored foreskin using mainly manual tugging methods? It'll be some time before I start restoring, but I would imagine that the best way me to do it would be manual.
