how to narrow the foreskin after restoration?

  • #2
Keep in mind that tugging puts significant stress on the skin and causes swelling. Reports form men who have completed their restoration, as well as the scientific literature on skin expansion, suggests that it can take a year or more for the skin to reach its final state, and get back to "normal".

Another point to keep in mind is that we need to grow enough skin to stay in front of the glans while relaxed and flaccid, in order for the dartos muscles to "narrow" the opening.

Until you have achieved those two "end points", you may think you need to do something, when you do not actually.

I wouldn't plan on narrowing the skin later. Grow the skin narrow during the process.

        1) Keep the skin rolled forward over the glans during all non-tugging hours.
        2) Never wrap the skin around anything wider then needed.
        3) Tug such that a constant part of your skin tube is always worn at the skinniest part of your device. The TLC-X can be fine-tuned lengthwise with the TLC Selects spacer disks to help you do this. Identify your Future Flaccid Rollover Point https://foreskinrestoration.vbulleti...8206#post28206 and if it is facing out when you apply your device, then add length to the device. If it is facing in, remove length or - if your device can't be shortened - wait until you have more more slack to start worrying about it.

We can have a neat natural-looking puckered outcome. I tugged for five years between 2001 and 2006, and have worn the Your-Skin Cone to bed ever since. Here's how my skin looked recently after several hours biking naked: The skin tube appears neatly puckered forward of the glans, but of course it easily and comfortably retracts with minimal effort.
