      Then the issue becomes how is that scaffolding attached? Surgery, of course, with all the associated risks of infection, tissue rejection, necrosis, "downtime" from life, and all the bills and inconvenience that come from this,etc. There's an author named Erica Jong who is famous for the concept of a "zip-less fuck". No such thing, of course. Nothing is simple, even fucking, there are always risks, prices to pay, and just plain inconvenience which kills the mood. After all this time, I don't know why nobody ever thinks about this stuff. What forgen talks about is risky, unproven, essentially non-extent currently but way problematic when it does exist (if it ever will). You pay for problems in other words. Potentially big problems.
