  • Platelet Rich Plasma therapy?

Someone posted a thing asking about possible uses of that "Evil facial cream made from Mutilated Infants" which led into discussion of Accupuncture being able to stimulate your Stem Cell production, and getting Platelet Rich Plasma injections for concentrated stem cells and growth factors.

A guy mentioned getting a Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injection to his penis for Enlargement reasons (marketed as the 'P shot'), and how it started growing his foreskin, realized it was getting better which led into him beginning work on restoring

With PRP, they take some blood out of you, it goes through a couple processes in a centerfuge, seperate off what they want, and reinject that part of blood back into you

So it looks like there's been some promising looking study of Platelet Rich Plasma (prp) and Placelet Lyesate (PL) therapy for improved tissue growth, which might be pretty helpful for us

    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28175965/ test with rabbit tissues

    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30244245/ human results

Before you take the P-Shot to your P (or your V), let's look at purported benefits, how much it may cost you, who offers it, and what to expect after it's done.

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy is a natural treatment that reinjects platelets and growth factors into your body, which have been gathered from a sample of your own blood. This produces a healing response in the body to repair and rejuvenate an area. It has been used safely in many therapeutic areas such as sports medicine, dentistry, orthopedics, hair loss, and cosmetic medicine. PRP therapy for penile rejuvenation is a newer application of the PRP technique and is used to treat erectile dysfunction and to heighten sexual satisfaction.... View Article

Looks like the male genital treatments seem to give several shots on penis, then supply patient with a penis vaccum pump and a suggested aftercare regimine. Sometimes multiple sessions are needed to get results happening.

i haven't found anything specific to growing more foreskin, but from the limited details given, this looks helpful for growing more penis including foreskin

I'm not a doctor, i don't even play one outside of the bedroom. Just trying to compile this for Information Only. You're an adult, do your own research, do what you will.
Saying someone is "Unmutilated" is like saying "Unsweet Tea". So you mean it's just Tea, in its natural state, that nobody has screwed up? It can't be Un- anything

I realize this is an old post, but it deserves a comment here. I actually did research on PRP (and now the successor PRF) over 20 years ago. I use it almost daily for bone regeneration. The key with PRF is that while it does have some growth factors and a few stem cells (like not much at all) the main growth factor is VEGF (Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor) which calls out to the body to bring blood vessels to the area. It doesn’t promote mitosis of skin cells per se but it is very useful in helping new skin donor grafts and wounds heal by signaling the body to bring a better blood supply. While the “P-shot” does increase girth, it has to be done repeatedly. The micro needling under the foreskin with PRF could theoretically help speed the process but would need to be redone every two weeks… the better likely option would be a topical application of HGH/Melatonin or topical r-PDGF but no medical facility wants to put their name on research to come up with a treatment protocol, let alone get funding for what is unfortunately perceived as a flan uncommon desire to have ones foreskin restored… even if the companies could sell it (which I believe they could with the right marketing since the patient population pool is enormous)

        Oh. Thanks for your answer.
PRF and VEGF can we use it somehow at home to have better tugging results ?

Please, men, do not put your faith in "magic bullets" for foreskin restoration. Ha, I can already imagine the pop-up advertisements appearing on foreskin related web sites.
Study the methods and devices already available and decide which will fit in with your daily life. As far as we know they all work, given enough of a try.
And the result is well worth the effort!

Short answer is probably not - you’d need a centrifuge and blood kit to use it at home and Al even then you would need to inject it about 100 times thought the foreskin….

Recombinant pdgf under the name Becaplermin is labeled for topical use and is currently 1300$ for a 15g tube with no studies to show it helps… plus it needs to stay moist for 8 hours for absorption. Probably not a good bet.
