  • Injecting nerve growth factor into restored foreskin or into partial frenulum on non restored foreskin

Nerve growth factor is shown to grow back nerves sensitivity to pain in a persons thigh. This also means that pleasure sensitivity will be increased in the penis because sensitivity in general is increased. A sensitive penis will also hurt worse as well as feel better. I'm thinking about using some because the sensitivity can be restored. However I'm scared I might be toooo sensitive and cum too quickly, etc. there needs to be a research study on animals and this may be the quick fix.

This study shows that it increased warmth sensitivity which would be good for vagina etc... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/10493751/

This link shows that it will work and mechanical sensitivity (feeling) ability increased and no abnormal pains were increased or randomly felt. Seems like this is the answer guys.

Nerve growth factor (NGF) modulates sensitivity and sprouting of nociceptors. We explored the spatial and temporal sensitization induced by NGF injection (1 microg) in human skin. Hyperalgesia was investigated in 16 volunteers (36+/-9 years) at day 1, 3, 7, 21, and 49. Areas of mechanical (brush, pi …

Thank you for the abstracts. You can tell by my screen name that I like information. Actually, one of them adds to my understanding of stem cell research.

Thing is, though, you've given us an example of how assumptions can go wrong. Your second sentence is a complete assumption on your part. The researchers didn't make this assumption, or study it (let alone prove anything similar to it). You just made this assumption and went with it. So unfortunately everything you've said that is based on your assumption is either unproven, or ... wrong.

But I have to ask, from a practical standpoint, while there are at least several questions that do harm to your premise, the first is where/how do you assume you can receive nerve growth factor? That's an assumption you haven't addressed.

It will 100% work. It only lasts a month after injection though according to articles.

you can buy it here: http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/life-sci...lePage=9563093

I just am not sure how it'll feel. I haven't experimented. I do know it'll make touch a lot more sensitive. Somebody try it in their nipple or arm first!

If a company could perfect this injection, it would sell like hot cakes. Then the circumcision could be performed for the look and benefits, while still keeping the pleasure.

Thing is, you're still making assumptions:

            1. There isn't any indication on this link that private parties, people without a license, credentials, or an association with a research company, can buy kits or chemicals. And there appears to be an international aspect to all this. But that aside:

            2. Simple question is: how do you know it will "100% work"? Nobody's proved that, nobody's even tried to prove that yet. You are making the same assumption again, with no proof.

            3. Your last post is curious; you seem to be admitting that an "injection" (for human use) is both an existing product, and still unperfected.

            4. I have to wonder, if this is so all-fired effective and ready-to-go, why are there still all those spinal cord injuries out there? Lot of daily suffering folks. Could it be that NGF is an experimental chemical so far? Where's the peer review? See, an experimental substance has to go from initial experiment, either in vitro ,or in vivo if it's intended for human use, and then go to experimentation with the substance in a study with your focus (big wall there, already), then to peer-reviewed use to confirm the efficacy of the substance, then to what's called "investigational use", where it's used by specialists in large facilities, than then, if there's a positive outcome, to a entrepreneurial interest (big "if" there), who makes the kit and sells it to ..... practitioners. Not private parties per se. All that takes about 15 to 20 years, minimum. So......it's not clear to me that NGF is ready to go.

Interesting stuff for sure, but even IF it has any chance of working in our application Im not sure I'd be interested in putting a needle in my junk every month. Also, not sure what "benefits" and "looks" you think circumcision has, but a lot of us think the intact unit is a better appearance than a dried scarred up one, but to each his own I guess.

No it couldn't. The best feeling part of the foreskin is the ridged band. It contains some VERY unique and sensitive nerve endings found NO WHERE ELSE on the body. Thee are stretch receptors too. These are the ones that make sex AWESOME. If they are gone, you cant re-grow them. Period. There are no "benefits" to carving off the best part of your dick and it sure doesn't "look" better all dried up with an ugly scar too. You're brainwashed! You need to be de-programmed.

doesn't foreskin have same type of nerves ?

The inner skin has fine touch receptors. Only the ridged band has stretch receptors.

sounds like foreskin restore have no sense .
When penis intact foreskin roll back to corona of glans ans with frenulum help stay there due to sex action.
How new restored fireskin will ac itself during sex action then ?
                      1. Will glans touch vagina ?
                      2. Will vagina take friction from dick or it would be more movement dick in it's skin than movement in vagina ?

One of the things that happens after circumcision is the mucosa you have left dries out and loses a lot of sensitivity. Once restored, that mucosa will go back to being as sensitive as it was supposed to be. And, yes, your glans will contact the vagina on the in stroke with a restored foreskin and slide into the foreskin on the out stroke.

Ok, I've done a quick search for NGF and Meissner's corpuscles. I'll look again when I have time. The only thing I've found so far was a study done circa 2014, which is recent for research results, and it states that this neuron type (as well another type) does have recognized receptors for NGF. But.......That's as far as anyone has gone, from what I can tell. That abstract ends with the word "unclear". This is formal speak for "I dunno".

So again, no study has been done (that I can find) which refers to: an observed effect by NGF on Meissner's corpuscles specifically; or even an observed unspecified growth of same; and certainly not on an increased number of neuronal bodies (if that's what the OP has in mind).

The abstracts provided by the OP above deal with nociceptors. These are neurons which are dedicated to firing in the presence of what's called "noxious" stimuli, ie hard pressure, cutting of the skin and/or deeper tissues, heat, cold, being chewed out by your Drill Instructor (caused me some pain). Now I did find a reference to a signal from Meissner's neurons becoming uncomfortable if it continues. This wasn't related to any study of NGF. And there are guys, me included, who've felt this, with too much stimulation on penile mucosa, post orgasm (doesn't happen very often for me).

Anyhow, the upshot is that the provided abstracts above only deal with dedicated pain receptors (called "nociceptors"), not what is currently recognized as pleasure inducing receptors. So all bets are off regarding that aspect of NGF as a temporary positive effect from an injection, in the penis. That wasn't studied by these guys, hasn't been studied by anyone that I can find. So.........dead end, both for more information, and for the OP's idea. You can't make a big leap from one thing to another in science. Results from one study don't translate to something else which wasn't studied, and deals with different tissues.

Now, if you're a masochist, and you really LIKE pain, especially in your dick, then........

                            It depends on you circumcision.
If your surgeon remove inner part of foreskin it sucks. But even if not you should do inner tugging. So you will grow pink part of real foreskin. Most people do tugging and no care about it.
And I absolutely sure it's wrong. Outer skin more gray colored is different than inner pink part of real foreskin.
And, yes, your glans will contact the vagina on the in stroke with a restored foreskin and slide into the foreskin on the out stroke.
                            that really suck .
I wanna have sexual intercourse like I had when I was intact. I mean foreskin rolled behind my corona and my glans slide along vagina not my skin tube of my dick.
looks like jelking applying to a glans will be necessary

I read 6 replies and research chemicals are legal for anyone to buy, as long as you are using it for research. If you research with it, it's legal. Research is extremely easy to argue in court. "I was researching my genital mutilation."
