  • Cone will not stay on

I have never been able to keep the retaining cone that came with my TLC Tugger on just for retaining only (not for use with the TLC). It does not grip...truthfully I do not see how it could stay on without using a cone underneath. Any ideas?
I have been using the TLC Tugger for 2.5 years and have no problems with the outer retaining cone holding things together.

You may want to get a replacement...

Ive never been able to get it to work as a retainer either. Dont even bother retaining until you can do so with O rings. You may also check out Hyper Restores retainer. Its like the tlc cone, but much thinner. I have one and it works. Retaining only works when youre a ci 5 or more.

I have to disagree with that comment. Mine works for retaining just fine and I am a CI-3. Granted if you are wearing tight pants and bend over the right way it will pop off, but around the house in the nude it will stay on for hours without any issues. Maybe you need to try a different size? It's possible that when you took your measurements your penis was not at its smallest state.

Perhaps weber prefer using boxers like me. I am a CI7 and my YSC slips off easily when I dont where briefs.

I use my homemade retainer when I use boxers. Its still sticks even when nocturmal erections.

You can always do what was suggested on the old forum: take tape meant for contact with human skin, and blot the adhesive from it on the inner surface of the cone. Or use Tony's spray adhesive meant for this issue. If you don't have enough skin to cause a grip, then you need something sticky to cause a grip. I used tape adhesive and it worked fine, but I eventually went to plastic bandaides in a cross pattern because it was fast and easy; did that for the several years that I needed them, until I had enough skin to just stay there on its own (with tight briefs).

Adhesi-Med works wonders, give it a try.

I am new to this so I got the cone from TLC to experiment with. I cannot keep it on for 5 mins. I saw the suggestion here but when I researched that adhesive I found it to be expensive. Any alternatives out there anyone would recommend? I found some wig adhesive or double sided tape that's much cheaper.. Thoughts?
