I'd like to suggest a manual tugging method section as well

Why not? Manual works really well. It's just inconvenient and a pain in the ass. The good thing though, is you can tension a much larger area of skin because you are gripping a much smaller area of skin. More skin under tension=more skin cells stimulated to divide=more skin grown! I use manual in addition to my device whenever I can. Every little bit helps.

It depends on life style issues. You could tug while watching the news on TV for example.
