  • Manual tugging until CI-4

I'm going to try and see if this works. Let's call it a science experiment.

    I'm going to do manual tugging until I reach CI-4. Currently, I'm a CI-3.

I'm hoping that when I reach my goal, I can use and apply a device more easily and wear it for longer periods.

How long do you guys tug each day? I've heard you need to do it at least an hour or more. I've also read that tugging for 2 minutes every hour is enough to get good results.

I mix tugging with the TLC-X and with manual methods, depending on what I feel like each day. For manual, I also do it for an hour to two, while watching TV in the evening.

Thank you! Keep it up! How awesome is it getting to CI-4? I'm just really looking forward to moving the coverage index.

I only really started doing manual tugging two days ago. I've been getting in approximately 15 minutes a day. However, I do want to manual tug for a total of one hour a day, maybe more than that. When I use devices, I try to tug for at least 4 hours. My goal is though to try to get 8 or 10 hours of tugging with a device.

I wish I could comfortably tug while watching TV. I'll be able to when I move out lol.

For me, only 15 min/day of manual tugging will do nothing. Some people do a couple of 30-min sessions a day, or various 15-min sessions along the day.
For tapeless tugging, 4+ hours/day is quite usual. The idea is to do it everyday, to be constant. Do some tugging everyday and time will do the rest.

Until you move out, I guess you can manage to get some time with intimacy in your room, unless you share the room with someone else. Some people tug while watching youtube... or while reading the forum... and as a last resort, you can do it in the bathroom . I guess it won't be suspicious if you stay in the bathroom for 15 minutes every now and then throughout the day, specially if you're in your teens.

The same as for CheesePlatter, use your imagination. Find the right moment(s) with good intimacy.

                Keep on tugging guys!

You can reach any CI number you want with manual methods alone. Devices are not really needed. Wishing you the best on your journey.
