  • Can we regain the foreskin surgically?

    Hello everyone,

I am wondering. Can we regain the circumcision with surgery? Do you have an example? I don't know if it's possible, but wouldn't it be nice if it was?

Some have done this, and all the reports from men who have, that I have heard, is that they were almost all disappointed with the results. This makes some sense because to do this surgically typically involves cutting skin form some other part of your body and then attaching it to you penis. Not only does is it a different skin type, but the nerves and blood vessels are cut, and have to try and reconnect. And you have all that additional scar tissue.

There is a technique that is still in the research phase, called regeneration. This involves, as I understand it, removing some of your sin, then getting the skin to grow back, similar to the way a salamander regrows a tail that is bitten off by a predator. But this is not ready for prime time yet, and there is no way of knowing how long before it is, nor how good the results will be in practice.

Bottom line is that for now and the foreseeable future, the non surgical methods we are using are the best techniques we have. And, even if the regeneration technique does come along, you have not lost anything by restoring now.

I’d be afraid I’d grow a salamander tail instead of foreskin 😀

Foregen is the world’s first and only organization using regenerative medicine to regrow the foreskin for circumcised men.

Im sure alot know about this but just for the sake of either reminding or enlighting those who dont know

FOREGEN. Holy Cow I use to donate to them, but it seemed like they were never going anywhere so I left to donate yearly to INTACT America. Seems they have been up to a few ideas. The big "debate" in 2009 was nerves in the restored skin. I was not on the popular side of it since I still thing and looks like Foregen is saying this to now in that they seem to see teh vision that TOTAL regeneration would mean that the skin, whatever type would make more of it's own, "Like skin makes Like skin". It was one reason RTM really concentrated on teh inner skin- thinking that if I grow skin with sexual nerves, I'll get more of that same skin. You make Shaft skin you will still get coverage but not the amount and type of nerves that the inner skin has. It would get heated at times on the site I was on, but I still believe the inner skin should be the target and with RTM it hits every bit of the inner skin and teh corresponding shaft skin as well. With inflation EVERYTHING feels like it is getting tensioned so I am excited to see myself in DEC@022

Whats your story with the Air inflation system?
Would you say it's better to tug for a while before using the inflation to have some skin to work with?
I'm about to order a tugging device (TLC) and I'm a rookie in search of advice from veterans.

                Thanks
