I was like that when I first started with the TLC-X. The thing is you don't have enough skin. You can always take out the pusher plate and rod and use it like that until you have enough skin. Or, what I did was to keep adjusting it every hour or so. I assume you are somewhere around CI-2 range? -
When I was at CI 2 I used t-strap method. I needed a bit more foreskin until I could use the TLC XView My Progress Gallery @ https://foreskinrestoration.vbulleti...ooded-progressComment

OK, ONE MORE TIME! The best way to put on the TLC-X in the beginning is to first take the retaining cone and fold it back on itself, then stick it in something like a pill tube to hold it that way. Next, pull your skin up onto the tugger body as high and evenly as you can and hold it there with an "OK" sign grip. Now pick up the retaining cone with the figertips of your other hand, lower it into position and flip the sides down quickly while removing the gripping hand, all in one quick motion. This gives you that split second of extra time needed to trap more skin. Now just pull out the excess skin evenly all the way around so it lays nice and flat with no bunching or wrinkles. You may also check out this ingenious rubber grommet mod I came up with. You can get one at the hardware store for about a buck. See pics. This keeps it from falling off so well that I do not even use a safety line!2 Photos👍 2Comment

Yeah, I don't think you need to stress out about the inside of the TLC-X not being "glans-shaped." Once you're under strapped or weighted tension your glans won't be aggressively smooshed into that contour. And it should only be for a month or two until your mobility improves enough for the as-intended application with the Pusher in place.Comment

Hey parcecskin i tried folding your skin cone over itself and putting it on but i couldn't seem to get it to work also not totally sure wat u mean by putting it on pill bottle wouldn't it need to b same diameter as small hole on cone? You just fold in in half back in itself and stick it in something to hold it that way until you're ready to install it with one hand.Comment

You fold the big end back, then stick it in something like a pill tube to hold it that way, then arrange your skin on the device, pick up the folded cone with one hand by your fingertips and lower it into position. Then flip the sides down while removing the other hand real quick. All in one motion.Comment

Hey parsecskin first i want to say thank you for the rubber grommet idea it works awesome. I am having troubles putting my skin cone on the way you are saying and i really want to get it cause im sure once i do it will work very well so what i do is put it in a pill bottle with bigger end folded over itself almost halfway then I put on tlc x pulling skin up as far as i can at this point i spare one hand to grab the skin cone off of the pill bottle but as soon as i take it off bottle it folds in on itself and im unable to do it what am i doing wrong? Thanks again for your helpComment

Hey guys along those lines, I always seem to get issues with bunching up around the underside of my skin when using the TLC-X. Would this be a way to help avoid that in the future?Comment

I have enough skin to cover the whole white cone, but when putting on the "gripping cone" the skin slides back a smidge. As a result, I cant really apply any pressure. Been using Hope for 6 months. It stays on better, but still can't add much air without it popping off.Comment

Hey parsecskin, great idea I've gotta try the grommet thing, what diameter and thickness is it? Also it looks like a slit has been cut in the side of the grommet is that right?Comment
