TLC-X falling off

    It's about 3/4" in diameter and a little less than 1/2 inch in thickness. You may have to grind down the thickness. You want it to float bit while the device is under external tension so it doesn't increase the clamping force. And yes, cut a slit in the side. This little mod helps tremendously when pulling excess skin out to even things up after application. If you ask me, it should be standard with all TLC tuggers.

        it seems this got attention, i have a tlc x but the screw to keep the whights on keeps falling off, any salutions?

          Are you using the large set screws?
