Sticky situation

Is there any products that can safely and effectively remove sticky residue left from taping? have tried baby wipes but they aren't so efficient, don't want to be using excessive amounts of soap in the shower or scrubbing myself...

Try baby oil. Or the medical citrus adhesive remover. I found it fairly easy when using the 3m micro pore tape to get residue off I jumped in shower and just rolled/plucked it off but if that's too irritating to you try those other things.

Advanced Devices has a citrus based adhesive remover.That that works great. It's easy on your skin. These guys also make a great canister device called the super canister. I used on briefly. Not really a big fan of taping unless you have to. It is pretty hard on your skin with repeated use.

I used to "soak" T-tape before removal in some form of skin softening cream/lotion. Leave for 15 minutes, or thereabouts, and tape would easily come off along with the adhesive residue.
