  • Reverse Taping Method aka RTM

This is my first day back. What you see here is Nakeemon's RTM, the strap and coronal dock from Size Genetics without the base/arms, and a cock ring to give it some length. With this set up I am able to target multiple areas at once. I'll see how this goes.
The bulges near the glans are the ridges from my farthest/topmost implant.
Listen to your body. Do what works for you. Best of health! Good luck!

I remember there used to be a really good write up on RTM using closed cell foam pipe wrap.

Hit up a Lowes, Menards, Homedepot type place and go to plumbing section. Pick up a stick of 3/4" foam pipe insulation, it's used to keep pipes from freezing or hot water getting cold before reaching the tap. Maybe pick up 1" or 1/2" if you really think you'll need it. Trim a chunk squarely off the end start around 1/2" to try, then trim the outside corners to a nice rounded profile.

Slide that over flaccid penis with foreskin as far forward as you can, squeeze blood into penis to help extend as much of the radius you put on end of foam. Then roll skin back up over the pipe insulation toward body. If you have enough skin you can size the length to have your poe rollover snap behind the penis base side of the foam ring. Tape can be used to hold skin to insulation. Tape can also be used to strenghten the slit if you can't get unslit insulation.

Foam breaks down after a while, replace when it gives less tension. This takes some trial and error to figure out.
We come in peace. We didn't bring artillery. But I'm pleading with you, with tears in my eyes: If you fuck with us...

Yes - or buy some Orthopaedic Foam support I use 100mm wide by 4mm and cut strips the length you need and width.
Length determines the diameter and the width works how much inner skin you can stretch over it. (Trail and error to get base measurements)
Then use 3M micro pore tape to join and wrap around which leaves you with a O shape with dent/space for the frenum side.

As suggested when not enough tension or it's past the use by date ... make a new one, found if you lightly wash and let dry properly between uses you can get a week or two of use.

For this setup I used foam bandage wrap that has a slight self adhesive property and waterproof bandage tape. I would tear the bandage wrap roughly 6/8th around the diameter of my penis just beneath the glans. Rolling/folding this into a strip when placed on itself stayed in place while I added two strips of waterproof tape going in different directions to secure it all. Having something preshaped is great for time costs I could imagine.
        Cool ideas...

          For those interested.

The original source material from Nakeemon I believe is gone unless someone ripped it before it was taken down.

Cheers & hope it helps those interested in trying RTM, for me it's working out very well concentrating on the parts other methods have difficulty with, very successful (over time to actually even out a circumspection that is not even.)

Awesome! That old Nakeemon stuff is gone but the info is forever young.
