Are you using it at night? If so, this is HIGHLY discouraged! Especially early on in your restoration. Night time use of ANY device should only be done in the latter stages of restoring when you have ample skin to accommodate an erection comfortably and easily so as to avoid injuring yourself. And definitely NOT with any type of pusher extended.

Welcome and congrats on the first step!
I think you most likely were a little too ambitious at first. Perhaps try with a little less pressure and you should be alright. Always use the 4 hour rule. If you can wear it for 4 hours at once with no pain, then you have right right amount of tension. Just go easy and you'll be fine.

So I just got my TLC-X and started using it yesterday. I have a decent amount of foreskin left, especially on the bottom side. I could cover the entire cone, and then with the retainer on about 75%.
