Are you using it at night? If so, this is HIGHLY discouraged! Especially early on in your restoration. Night time use of ANY device should only be done in the latter stages of restoring when you have ample skin to accommodate an erection comfortably and easily so as to avoid injuring yourself. And definitely NOT with any type of pusher extended.

The question is that when I got up this morning I definitely feel like the tip of my glans is a little sore, I assume from the pressure of the pusher. Is this typical? I don't really see any bruising but there is a nominal dull ache. I probably went a little heavy for the first day but just wanted to get thoughts on this. Thanks for your help.
Any unwanted effect is a violation of the 4-Hour Rule https://tlctugger.com/4-hour-rule/ for fine-tuning tension.

Welcome and congrats on the first step!

I think you most likely were a little too ambitious at first. Perhaps try with a little less pressure and you should be alright. Always use the 4 hour rule. If you can wear it for 4 hours at once with no pain, then you have right right amount of tension. Just go easy and you'll be fine.
